Not so great hotel. We had checked in late and there are two room category one is normal and one is basement. I had booked standard two twin rooms where in one room was given me in the basement. Post mentioning the issue the were stuck with one thing only that the price is same for both the rooms. Really unpleasant dirty room is the basement one

Untrained rude staff,worst food,dirty rooms,reception lady is sitting there to only rip off your pocket ,if someone is vegetarian the only option is stale fruits in breakfast,rooms are dirty,water is leaking everywhere is washroom ,the only good thing about this hotel is location

Nice hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi. The room was spacious and totally sufficent for my wife, three kids (10 months, 3 and 6 years old) and me. The bathroom has grown a little long in the tooth, but in the end still acceptable. The included breakfast was ok, but due to the limited space, there was little choice. The staff was really gentle and attentive and gave us a lot of useful hints on Hanoi. As the hotel is located in the old quarter all important sights and also the central railway station are in walking distance (20 minutes by foot, but exhausting when you have luggage). Additionally you will find a huge number of small supermarkets, shops and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. Last but not least, the WIFI is working good. All in all we had a really a good time and we would stay at Little Diamond Hotel again.

Clean and neat, very good breakfast and most importantly location. It's exactly located in the centre of the old quarter and you can find indian restaurants within walkable distance.

We stayed at this hotel, a family room (a king bed and two single beds) for four nights. The room was large, yet the room was old. There were some need to be fixed as well. For example, the TV in the room was completely broken, the bathtub had black stains and cracks, and sealing was falling out here and there. The staff were kind and helpful. However, only some staff were able to communicate in English. Since we did not know Vietnamese, it was sometimes difficult to get ourselves understood. Breakfast was included, but we did not use the service at all because we wanted to try different food during our short stay in Hanoi. There were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around. It is not a luxurious hotel or anything, but we had a satisfactory time there. I have nothing to complain, but if I have another chance visiting Hanoi, I would probably try different facility since there are so many other options in the city.
