The cleanliness is not good... I hated it so much.

Too bad, the sign on the building is "Women's Development Center", which is not a professional hotel at all! Simple and old. Old hotel style from the early 20th century. There were not many waiters to see. It's very deserted and the location is in a small alley. No one lives there. It's quite scary at night.
They are completely different from the photos in platform advertisements. They are worlds apart.
Breakfast is almost non-existent. It is better to buy a bowl of noodles from a snack bar outside.

The hotel is a bit old. The lake view room has a nice view. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the lake. There are many coffee shops by the lake and many restaurants nearby. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Presidential Palace.
