the overall hotel is a 4, you can catch a bus to the city its right outside the hotel, staff is friendly

방의 에어컨은 사용할 수 없었다.큰 도로와 가까워서 조금 시끄럽고 호텔은 밤에 문을 닫았지만 운영자에게 알리지 않았다.저기에 다시 안 갈게요

The air conditioner in the room was unusable. It was close to the main road so it was a bit noisy and the hotel was closed at night but they didn't inform the operator. I won't go there again.

Đặt phòng và gửi tiền thanh toán liền trên app. Nhưng đến ngày nhận phòng thì lễ tân bảo chật hết phòng. Vậy đành phải đi tìm ks khác. Yêu cầu hoàn tiền thì bảo bên app sẽ hoàn sau 1-2 ngày. May là gặp đc sếp xuống nên yêu cầu hoàn tiền trực tiếp đc chứ k biết lúc nào mới nhận đc hoàn tiền

Reserved a room on Agoda but the receptionist said they were fully occupied even we showed the confirmation. After a complaint, then we were allowed to check in a double room though we booked a twin one. The room was dirty, smelly. The hotel itself was noisy all day as it was located on a big street with heavy trucks passing and honking. Staff was unfriendly.

petit hotel très propre et bien situé, non loin du vieux Hanoi et de la ruse des 36 corporation. Excellent petit déjeuner: il y en a pour tous les goûts. Bon accueil. Des chambres très propres, mais si certaines sont parfaites, d'autres n'ont pas été refaites et sont franchement glauques et ma l pratiques (pas de place pour poser valises, ni la moindre affaire dans la salle de bain). Assez bruyant, surtout si l'on donne sur la facade : avenue très fréquentée jusque tard, ou si on est au 1er étage, près du restaurant (préparatifs du petit déjeuner de très bonne heure.
