If they hadn't asked me, I would have booked a massage parlor where I could take a shower, so I was very grateful and thought it was a great service. *There were towels in the shower room I rented after checking out, but there was no hair dryer. I didn't have time to dry them, so I didn't contact them, but you may be able to borrow one, so please check. [Customer Service] Everyone was smiling and welcoming. The front desk staff in particular spoke slowly and in simple words so that I, who am not good at English, could understand. They were kind and reliable. I had the opportunity to talk to the manager, and he had a wonderful personality. After he asked me about my impressions of my stay, he told me how he wanted to make the hotel better. He spoke calmly, but I could sense his passion in his words. Recommended for: This hotel may not be for people who want to relax in a hotel for a long time, but if you want to come back from a lot of sightseeing and relax at night, it's a great place in terms of location and room cleanliness! The hotel is located in Hanoi Old Quarter, 3 minutes walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. The room is clean and sanitary, the service is impeccable, and it feels warm. The breakfast is also delicious. The beef and chicken noodles are highly recommended! The room was booked for two nights. On the second night, I encountered a poor quality guest next door. The loud voice affected my sleep. Fortunately, the hotel handled the problem in time and satisfactorily. When checking out, the hotel repeatedly apologized and solved the fare to the airport and gave a small gift. In short, I like the hotel's service👍

All the hotel staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean and pretty. It was a very pleasant stay.

The location is very convenient. The service staff are very enthusiastic and friendly. They will ask if they need help. The breakfast is very delicious and the spa service is also very good. However, the top floor bar is a bit more cheerful and the bartending is not very good, but next time I will choose to stay here again when I come.

The location of the hotel is very good, one minute to Hoan Kiem Lake and ten minutes to the train station. The hotel hardware is also very French colonial style. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, especially the hotel manager, very nice
