The place is about 40m from the old quarters yet closer to the west lake. We didn’t like the breakfast but the place itself was cozy and clean.

I booked a 3-night stay but eventually I only stayed 2 nights. The hotel staff are friendly and speak English. Room is spacious for the room tariff I paid was good as 1 breakfast was inclusive. The only matter is not equipped with fixed phone in room, therefore guests should communicate by WhatsApp with staff for service etc

Room is clean and stay is friendly. My downside is the location. Maybe it’s my bad for not checking the location correctly. It’s far from Hoàn Kiếm Lake.

The staff is really nice and the rooms are clean. I can recommend a stay at this Hotel if it is okay for you that you have to take a grab for visiting Hanoi.

I'll start off with the pros: - breakfast in the room, anytime - large 1bd (city view) apartment is more than enough space for one person - fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals - gym on the first floor open 24hr - constant connection to front desk staff via Zalo  Some of the not-so-pros: - a little noisy (music playing in the hallways; you can hear your neighbors) - furniture is not comfortable (sofa or dining chairs) - apartment is difficult for delivery and taxi drivers to find  - staff must open the door for you when you arrive back to the apartment, and sometimes they are distracted or busy, so I had to wait outside in the cold  Overall, a great choice for the business traveler. May I suggest better vegetarian options for breakfast? I'll be back!

I was picking up my business partner.  What I've faced there was an amazing service.  Everyone was professional specifically who was at the reception,  girl named Cindy . The knowledge she has and information were accurate.  Cindy can manage all. If I were the manager there,  I wouldn't hesitate to promote Cindy .  Frankly,  Cindy will be the first and the last to contact whenever we book there . Thank you so much for making the pleasant effort for us.  Thank you Cindy

I was picking up my business partner.  The place was clean and remarkable.  What took my attention was the professional receipt who I started to ask. I believe she was very professional.  Specifically about the knowledge.  I believe she is the right person in the right place . I think her name was Cindy. On the other hand , the place was like a Palace and full of hygiene.  Thank you once again for your  efforts to our stay .
