Staff at the front desk were really helpful and had an excellent level of English for communicating. Room was spacious and well kept. Gym is in need of some attention but would definitely stay again or recommend.

Room was clean. Water heater worked well & was hot. Quiet location. Front desk staff and porter spoke good English. Everyone was helpful & pleasant. Food at restaurant is very reasonable and delicious. Good spread for breakfast buffet . There’s a freshly make to order egg station. Walkable distance to Lake , Old city Gate , Old Quater & Long Bien Bridge.

Unreliable. I requested a pickup from the airport twice, with no response from the hotel. So I had to take an expensive taxi from the airport to the hotel, when it should have been a free pickup. I left for the whole day with the “clean this room” sign on my door, and when I got back the room hadn’t been cleaned.

Hotel loated in tourist city center.Not far from Huan Kiaem Lake easy to walk.Breakfast very nice (you should try)Hotel furniture was quite old but Ok.Staff can communicate in English very nice and clear infomation also with warm service-mind.Mostly I love this hotel.

A good hotel with good service.

There is a door between the twin room and the next room, resulting in no sound insulation between the two rooms. There were foreign guests making loud phone calls near 12 o'clock. This room type is not recommended. There are no disposable slippers. The location is excellent, very close to the Hoan Kiem Lake, and the staff has a good service attitude. It is quiet in the bustling area, and the surrounding food is delicious.

Hotel well located on a street that is not too busy compared to other streets in the Hoang Khiem district. The staff is welcoming and very smiling. The room is large and well equipped. The bathroom is ok but the hairdryer is very noisy. The breakfast room is large and the choice is quite varied.

The location of the hotel is very good as it is next to the old town. It was nice to be able to take a walk around Hoem Kiem Lake every day. Although it was old, it was well maintained and the bed mattress was good. Rooms facing the road are noisy.

The room was spacious enough and had a luxurious feel. It was great to be able to eat all kinds of delicious Vietnamese food at the breakfast buffet. The location is good, close to Hoan Kiem Lake and the old town.

Breakfast was served as a buffet and lasted until 9:30. The service then approached it and was asked to leave. The food included a variety of fruits, infused water, milk, coffee, only black tea, egg any style, cheese, sausage, croissant, pasta, rice, etc. Really great! Deluxe room is more like a superior room. The pictures are incorrect online. Some street noise comes through the windows. Cleaning staff doesn't speak English. Reception was super friendly, also gave free tea as a welcome. Very close to the lake, within walking distance. There was even a bedtime story next to the bed

Location near the old town so traveling is very convenient. I only stayed 1 night so I didn't use the lunch service. Overall not satisfied. Maybe the hotel is old so it's a bit old. Breakfast is not very rich (I got off early at 7:45). There are many dishes that have names but are no longer available. There is almost no replenishment even though there are still customers coming down to eat. Because I was waiting for the bus to pick me up. Did I tell the receptionist to let me check out at 1am? Because it's cold, I want some time to wash my hair. The receptionist replied in a vague manner: there will be a fee. The hotels I've stayed in have small requirements that won't be like this. The hotel is close to the road so it is noisy. Forgot to take a photo of the house and turned on the lights and the smoke smelled unpleasant. After a long flight, I really want to rest quietly. But it's not, it's just more tiring. Bored - won't come back. If you are not satisfied, write at length.

Everything is fine. Good breakfast. Small balcony. In the old quarter, but in a quiet and cozy place.
