The room was spacious and everything was clean. There’s a spa downstairs. The breakfast spread was not a lot of variety but you’ll get fed if you’re not picky. The one thing I’ll say is that the bathroom was a bit annoying, when using the shower there’s a bathroom curtain for the entire bathroom that needs to be put down and then pulled back up, when you want to leave cause it’ll be block the door. I would like to recommend that bathrooms be built with the intention of privacy and not these semi translucent glass. It’s not very family friendly.

Need update all accessories and breakfast too boring nothing changes in weeks.

Old hotel with old furniture. Cover of sofa was dirty. Room very small and suitable just for sleep . Location is suitable for me in old town. There are many restaurants and bars close to hotel. Breakfast good and price for stay is reasonable.

Very nice location friendly stuff ,only issue was the third bed in our room uncomfortable and no way to sleep at , but so far room was clean.

The best thing about this hotel is its perfect location. It is very close to the old quarter beer/bar/food/coffee street. It is right in the middle of the busy city center. Shopping streets are everywhere and are reachable in few steps. From the hotel, you can reach the Hoah Kiem Lake in 3-5 minutes. Breakfast is not huge but is ok. The downside is that the hotel is pretty old as most hotels in the area are and is not well-maintained. The staff are very-friendly, but the service has much more potential. The amenities could be better: in my room the shower holder is broken, the bedsheet has stain, and the slipper provided has some hair strands. Will try another hotel next time.

Very friendly and professional reception, awesome room, it was huge, spacious and everything was working well. Paid SGD95/night for a 50sqm room with terrace (but due to wet or hot weather) was unable to enjoy sitting outside for drinks/meal. Definitely will be back for more!

The location, cleanliness, rooms, staff were very good. The only shortfall was the complimentary breakfast was not upto the hotel standard. Very limited choice and that too it was not laid, we were given to choose 1 from 2 sets of breakfast

Great clean hotel in a perfect location downtown. As soon as you walk outside, you are immediately immersed in the bustling city core and can get anywhere you need to on foot or a cheap Grab.

Really picturesque hotel at the prime location. It’s central to train street, museums and Hoan Kiem lake. Rooms were clean and cozy. Staff was helpful. Bathtub was also good. Hotel’s restaurant is very pretty and food was good too. There is great market around the hotel and amazing nightlife at walkable distance.
