Very pleasant woman who works at the front desk.  The location of this hotel is outstanding.

價格便宜，位置好，沒有電梯設施，設備比較差一些。

The price is cheap, the location is good, there is no elevator facility, and the equipment is relatively poor.

繁華街からアクセスが良く、迷うことなくホテルに着きました。
周りはお店が少ないので、(車の音以外は)気にせずに眠れます。
設備は必要最低限が揃っており、文句のない体験でした。

It was easily accessible from the downtown area and I arrived at the hotel without getting lost.
There are few shops around, so you can sleep without worrying (other than the sound of cars).
The facilities were equipped with the bare minimum and it was a flawless experience.

Temporary service, the stairs are difficult to go, when booking is a single bed room but received 3 small beds

Unfortunately, there is no refrigerator and the water level is weak.
Overall, I'd give it a medium rating.

Despite having booked a room in advance, on arrival we were told there was no room available. Despite having the opportunity, they felt no need to contact us through available channels to let us know leaving us without a place to stay for the night

Easy to go, Good and friendly reception, quieter than another zone but some area in this room is dirty and have many plug but it can use only one.

방은 원하시는 컨디션이 아닐 수 있으나 
위치와 크기를 고려하면 가격대비 좋은 곳 같습니다
그리고 주인 아주머니가 굉장히 친절하세요 
어머니 같이 챙겨 주십니다 
고려하셔야 할 점은 조식 없고 그렇게 깨끗하지는 않습니다
저희가 일상적으로 사는 방 정도 컨디션이에요

The room may not be in the condition you want.
Considering the location and size, it seems like a good place for the price.
And the owner is very kind.
You take care of me like a mother.
Something to consider is that there is no breakfast and it is not that clean.
It's in about the same condition as the room we normally live in.

This place was very nice to stay at, the room was bigger than most I've stayed at and very clean. Besides that, the staff were very good at English and were super helpful! It was an awesome location too, 200 metres from Kiem Lake, very convenient! Definitely recommend this place!

Excellent location and safe area close to the Hoan Kiem Lake and other landmarks. Great Staff - really helpful and friendly - they made us feel like home! We booked our tour to SaPa Valley through the hostel on a very good price. Anna you are amazing thanks for your assistance :)

Room 402 has seven floors. Due to the structure of the hotel, there is no room up to the third floor and the fourth floor is 101. If you cook at the information desk, you will be delivered to the 7th floor. The view is not very good but the noise is less. Because of the low floors, the stairs are smaller than in Korea. Adjacent to the old center of Hanoi, tours are available on foot.
