It is located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi and it is quite convenient. I, who like coffee, can eat at Highland Coffee Soup and Hodel, which is 1 minute away, and it is quite comfortable.

It was a pleasure to stay over here for two nights with great hospitality. There could be pressure pump for bathrooms to increase the flow. Very good location with courteous staff. Strongly recommend this place if anyone wants to stay in downtown.

This is a very nice hotel. I felt very comfortable and safe. The staff helped me bring my bags and they made me feel very welcome. The decor is very aesthetic and there are a lot of places to visit close by. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Wonderful accomodation. Bang for the bust. And a 5 star location. Professional staff. Clean rooms. Tasty Breakfast. Resourceful reception desk. Authentic art works. All in all perfect for a short or long stay for families and couples alike.

Nice and decent atmosphere. Breakfast is very nice. Rooms are clean and service is so good. The staff are welcoming. I was surprised to see stair case in the restaurant thinking that I cannot take my luggage upstairs yet the hotel staff helped us to carry our luggage. Thank you for the great service.
