Nice location walking along the lake was very nice with good restaurants. Not as many tourists in that area.

Very clean, modern, and excellent value for money. Unit was fully equipped. About the location.... there was a good place for breakfast Pho next door, and plenty of coffee shops in nearby walking distance. I just underestimated them time going back & forth to Hoan Kiem & other areas by Grab Bike. Overall, highly recommended!

Staff really helpful and friendly. Apartment clean and well equipped with good aircon and Wi-Fi. Located a little out of way from the tourists areas but taxis cheap to get and lots around. The bed was really hard but room dark and quiet. Bonus to have a washing machine!

Hygiene: There is a bagworm in the corner. Although it can't move, my scalp is numb all over. The bathroom and shower room are all dark. I don't want to stay in there for a minute. Facilities: Low water pressure in bath Environment: The service is very good and the staff are very helpful.

The property was great. It was a great space, clean, and the staff were wonderful. Unfortunately the area was not good for tourists. There is not much to see in the area, no shops, lots of cafes but they don’t seem to serve food. There are quite a few seafood restaurants out on the busy main road by the lake, but limited English by the locals in this area so ordering is difficult, and options other than seafood are very limited.
