Where do we start. Privacy 0 If you have a lower bed, everyone can look inside your bed. Everyone is going based, you see you. Not all toilets and showers close. In my room, the air conditioner was dropping a lot of water, and because it was in front of the door, it was always completely wet. I told the receptionist, and he simply said that he knows. No towel or anything to clean it up. Oh, and not to forget the internet is awful. I maybe had internet 5% of the time and even then really bad. Most of the time, you couldn't google or anything. I've been to many hostels, and this is probably the worst of all.

It's a typical "students on a picnick" hostel. 12 bedspaces in one tight room is no good place for privacy, especially for a busy person. Also, to access the toilets one needs to go to the 3rd floor. Disgusting!

I stayed here Only one night, the room and toilet are so clean. But unfortunatelly the water in the toilet was warm, maybe because the weather or something. And my room was in 5th floor then the toilet is in 3rd floor, it was a bit tiring to ups and down hahaha but so far it was good experience staying at this hotel

It's my first time to stay in a dorm type room. It's amazing how this place take care of their guests. The guy on the reception was so kind.

Very comfy beds with privacy curtains, bed light, fan and security box (in the mixed dorm). The cleaning lady was around during the best part of the day and kept the place and toilets nice and clean. Very friendly, kind and knowledgeable staff at reception. Very good value for money.

This is the 3rd backpacker's place in Hanoi I stayed at. I think this is the best. I'll return to this place in future.

Too Bad…

The price is cheap, but I found stains on the sheets when I just checked in, but it was barely acceptable, so I didn't ask to change it. The service staff are generally friendly and welcoming. The location is very good and convenient, next to the downtown area.
