I am a Canadian and I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I walked extensively around Harbin and the location of this hotel is about as good as you can get. It is not a fancy hotel but it is very clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and eager to please. The location is only a few blocks from the main Central pedestrian street which is a lot of fun to walk especially in the evening with all the lighting and the thousands of people owed to enjoy the scenery. Also the river is only two blocks away and has a wonderful walking path all along the river to enjoy the scenery. There are a few convenience stores within 100 m of the front door so it's easy to grab a snack or some bottles of water or other juices and eating items. One thing to note is that although it is a non-smoking Hotel......many of the guests are smoking in the room so the smell does tend to drift into the hallway....but it's hardly a big deal.

I set a special room, originally b1, when I checked in, because there were other empty rooms, the beautiful and kind front desk lady gave me a free upgrade to the room, just on the first floor, because I was skiing in Sunac ⛷️, the first floor is too friendly to me, and it takes three minutes to walk to Sunac! b1 also has gym and restaurant, clean and hygienic! It is the most cost-effective place I have ever lived!

The hotel is very close to Hasi Station and Wanda Plaza. There are many restaurants around, which is very convenient. The standard room we booked was on the 27th floor. The room was big enough and exceeded our expectations. The facilities are also good. There is plenty of hot water and the bath is very comfortable. The cleaning lady service is very good. But the curtains are too dirty, it's time to wash them! The room rate includes breakfast, but the breakfast is not good. The coffee machine is broken, the bread is packaged, and there are almost no vegetables and fruits. I wonder how they got those good reviews? There are several hotels in the high-rise building and three elevators. It takes half a day to wait during peak hours. The elevator didn't seem to work properly. The service attitude of the front desk girls was very enthusiastic, while the boys were just average. Home Inn is a chain store. I have stayed in many of its stores and have a good impression of them all. It is the peak summer tourism season so it is understandable that some services are not satisfactory. I hope they can be improved. From the perspective of cost-effectiveness, this store is worth choosing.

Watching a concert at the stadium, the distance here is just within walking distance. The distance to the subway is good, and the location near the main street is easy to find. The environment is good, there is no smell in the room, and the sheets and quilts are clean. The facilities are simple and generous and have everything you need. You can write your room number when ordering takeout, and a robot car will deliver it to the door of your room.

Stayed here for three consecutive nights. Before checking in, I was worried about the smell of decoration and the room being too hot, but after checking in, I found that it was not there at all. There was no pungent smell. Although the floor heating in the room was hot, the air conditioner could be turned on for cooling. We turned the air conditioner to 23 degrees, and it was not hot even when sleeping under the quilt. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. What touched us most was that the hotel staff sent us dumplings, fruits and red sausages on New Year's Eve (provided to us for free). The dumplings were better than those in other restaurants, and the cherry tomatoes and pomelo were also very sweet. I was so touched. The hotel is in a good location, a few minutes away from Harbin Station, and a three or four minute walk from the airport bus pick-up point. Friends who come to Harbin for tourism strongly recommend everyone to stay.
