I highly recommend this amazing guesthouse to everyone! You can book it with your eyes closed. The service is incredibly attentive, and the butler team in the group chat is always responsive to every request. They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to nearby attractions and restaurants. While we were making tea at the tea table, the butler immediately brought over freshly cut fruit. This is the first time I've encountered such observant and proactive butler service. The kids had a fantastic experience, and we ended up staying a second time within a short period. The breakfast was also very exquisite. Both villas have unique charm, especially the common areas, which are all distinct. We'll definitely be back!

The washing machine and gym are good. Environment: A hotel accompanying the convention center, located inside it. Service: They have a concierge but no actual service. Couldn't borrow an umbrella when it rained.

Had a fantastic stay! It's conveniently located near a theme park and attractions like Sun Island and Ice and Snow World. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the theme park, which is a huge plus. They have a good variety of room types, and the family rooms are quite popular. It's also pet-friendly, and the robot delivery service is quick and efficient. The hotel boasts a lovely back garden with beautiful lake views. Nancy was very enthusiastic, and overall, the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended!

Sister Dong and her husband are both incredibly warm and welcoming. They picked us up and dropped us off at the train station and even upgraded our room. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a direct view of the Sunshine Ski Resort from the window. They were also super helpful in resolving any issues we encountered during our ski trip. Our Yabuli ski adventure was truly enjoyable!

The hotel is located in Songbei District, which is quite convenient if you're planning to visit Sun Island or the Ice and Snow World. The service was very attentive, and the entire hotel was decorated with unique flair. The staff all wore ethnic costumes, and the ubiquitous log-cabin style gave it a full sense of design. The rooms also featured exceptionally large floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an unbeatable view. Now, let me share my personal feelings. I'm originally from Genhe, the very place where Aoluguya (the hotel's inspiration) is located. It's been many years since I moved away and haven't returned to Genhe. Over time, I've even developed a kind of 'near-home apprehension.' For me, choosing Aoluguya was an absolute no-brainer. My home and my elementary school all had some connection, big or small, to Aoluguya. Staying at Aoluguya this time, there were truly many details that touched me. For example, the photos and stories of the Ewenki tribe in the hotel lobby, the reindeer and birch elements visible everywhere in the lobby, corridors, and rooms, and even the books I found in my room: 'The Right Bank of the Argun River' and 'Aoluguya Customs.' What others might see as a distant and mysterious place, for me, represents familiar hometown sights and sounds ingrained in my very being. I can't represent all of Genhe, nor do I have the right to speak on behalf of Genhe. But as a Genhe native, I sincerely thank you for creating such a hotel in Harbin, using the imagery, elements, and symbols of Genhe. It allowed me to briefly dream of my hometown, a thousand miles away. Thank you for keeping this flame alive in Harbin. I wish you prosperous business, so that Harbin will always have a place that holds the snow and wind, the ancient pines, and the negative ions of the Taiga forest. The Wanda Vista Hotel in Harbin is conveniently located in the heart of Songbei District. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay and would recommend it. Here are a few highlights: - The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was excellent. - Great value for money, with amenities like free ground parking, charging stations, and a swimming pool. - Proactive and detailed service, with smooth and hassle-free processes at every step. - Excellent location, environment, and service. This was my first stay at a Shangri-La, and the facilities here are relatively new. The rooms have both a shower and a bathtub, and the pool and gym are quite good. Since it's in a new district, the surroundings are a bit quiet, so you'll need to walk a bit if you want to go shopping or find good food. The service was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton by Hilton Harbin overall — the room was comfortable, clean, and well-located. Everything else about the stay was good. The only small downside was the check-in experience. The staff member who helped us check in was quite curt and perfunctory — just handed us the key card without any additional information about breakfast, laundry Wi-Fi, or hotel facilities. We had to ask for those details ourselves A bit more warmth or a quick rundown at check-in would have made the arrival feel more welcoming. Still, we’d recommend the hotel. Just hoping for a friendlier front desk experience next time…And a smile may be? The rest of the staff however - from housekeeping to the parking bao an- couldn’t have been nicer. More than made up for that frosty first impression. Given the chance, will gladly return.

The hotel's architecture is modern and grand, and stepping into the lobby, you're greeted by a spacious, high-ceilinged area with sophisticated, minimalist decor, creating a truly impressive ambiance. During check-in, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Riley Kong at the front desk, whose service was truly outstanding and perfectly embodied the principle of 'customer first.' He was enthusiastic, thoughtful, humble, and polite. The check-in process was efficient and seamless. He patiently and meticulously explained the hotel's facilities, provided recommendations for local attractions, and answered all our travel inquiries. His communication struck the perfect balance – not overly zealous, yet genuinely caring and comfortable. A small detail that stood out was his WeChat ringtone; it was the most stylish and tasteful I've ever encountered – unique and classy. Such small details truly reflect a refined personal aesthetic and left a lasting impression. We stayed in a river-view room, which was spacious and airy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Songhua River. Harbin in September, with autumn colors beginning to emerge, offered breathtaking views of the vast river and the vibrant autumn foliage on both banks. We enjoyed the gentle river breeze during the day and the beautiful sunset in the evening – an absolutely fantastic visual experience. The room's decor was elegant and understated. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress provided just the right amount of support, ensuring a full night's rest after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom featured a wet and dry separation, and the toiletries were of high quality. Hot water was stable, and we could even enjoy the river view while soaking in the bathtub, which added to the ambiance. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was stable, and there were plenty of power outlets. The soundproofing was excellent, making for a very quiet night. Housekeeping was meticulous, keeping the room spotlessly clean, with every detail reflecting the hotel's thoughtful approach. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive. The 24-hour fitness center is equipped with brand-new machines, and there's also a heated indoor swimming pool, perfect for unwinding and relieving travel fatigue after a day of exploration. Guests booking executive rooms can also enjoy the executive lounge, where the afternoon tea and evening happy hour snacks and drinks are of high quality. Sitting by the window and admiring the river view is a truly delightful experience. The breakfast buffet also deserves praise. The selection is rich and diverse, offering both Chinese and Western options. There were authentic Northeastern delicacies, as well as Western pastries, coffee, and fresh fruits. The ingredients were fresh, and the food quality was consistently excellent. The dining area was spacious and bright, providing a great start to each day of our trip. The hotel's overall service was impeccable, with thoughtful turndown service and prompt room service. All staff members were polite and patient, and all our requests were handled efficiently. This trip to Harbin, the JW Marriott Hotel's environment, views, and dining were all satisfying. However, it was truly Riley Kong's professional and warm service at the front desk that added so much warmth to our journey. It's perfectly suited for family trips, friends traveling together, or business travel. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Harbin and sincerely recommend it to all travelers visiting the 'Ice City'.

There are not many people, and the outdoor pool is very good. In summary, the hotel room is big, clean, and the bed is wide. The outdoor hot spring is clean and has many choices. The indoor hot spring area is a world of ice and fire. The restaurant tastes OK, and the consumption is civilian. There are sweat steaming rooms, rest halls, free pumping for swimming rings, and renting large ducks on the water for 20 yuan, which is a real surprise.
