The Indian couple's front desk service is very good and friendly. It is cost-effective. It is better than similar hotels nearby in every aspect, and the price is much cheaper.

It was a short stay to be close to Long Beach. Room was spacious and clean. Check in process was fast and simple. Close to many food places.

Check in was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. (The metal bases on the beds were a bit annoying, as we kept accidentally kicking them and making noise that we thought would bother the neighbours).
The courtyard parking was a little tight, but worked out.
Good spot for quick access to the Catalina Express Ferry in the morning.

There was a dead cockroach in the room. No blankets, just a very loud heater. TV did not work properly. and could not get on the Wi-Fi even with the help of the staff. I would not go to any Travelodge or Wyndham property again based on this experience!
