Wonderful stay in a historical palace on the shores of river Ganga. Our stay was particularly pleasent thanks to the help of the staff, who was very kind and prepared to help us in all circumstances. A special mention goes to Ajit, who welcomed and followed us during all our stay, and Upenderz who guided me across the city and its wonders. Highly recommend.

stayed here from 4th to 6th december. wonderful location, friendly and helpful staff, arrangement made to see the Ganga aarthi, great food. no complaints at all.
having said the above, i have to make it clear that i was extremely unhappy with the guide that the hotel provided for visiting various places in Haridwar.

It is a very good hotel in the centre of the city. Very good interior, neat and clean, good food and taking c ere of all our requirements like ganga bath, aarti, havan etc. Really will love to stay there again

I booked this hotel by looking at the pictures provided again the heritage room. It shows that there is a balcony in that room. At the time of check-in, i was given a room which has no ventilation, no window and no balcony. When i asked the hotel staff they told me that they have uploaded the pictures of their best room i. E. Gang-es view room for all the other room. a big waste of time, money and effort for the users(travelers. I didn’t get the room with a balcony but the hotel staff provided me with a extra complimentary room which was not of much use to me. The staff was polite but unable to understand my problem. They couldn’t even cancel my bookin. Food is fine. Location of the hotel is a crowded market so your car will be parked a few kms away. Ghat at the property is also an attraction but not maintained properly. Other attractions like- bansuri show, palmist etc were great.
