Last minute reservation due to a flight delay causing unexpected overnight stop. Booked on trip.com, arrived to the hotel about 10 minutes later. The bar had great options and staff were friendly. Great room, all needs met!

It was pleasant stay at Hotel for a night. Restaurant food quality and options have to be improved. Otherwise clean and close to the Airport.

Fast and cheerful check in decent food and wine served by great staff. Basic room but clean with comfy bed and good TV.
Limited breakfast choice but all cooked well. Perfect after a nerve jangling trip with lacklustre BA.

The hotel’s client service lady are very nice, she guided me to my room and helped me change the bed sheet.
The room is very quiet. Even though it’s in 1st floor. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel.

Great location, hotel, restaurant and bar. Definitely would stay there again. You can get a shuttle bus from the airport to & from the hotel.(Pay on the bus).

For an airport hotel it was absolutely perfect!
Shuttle bus to and from the airport. I couldn’t fault it.

cons: tv needs hd channels- it kept saying no signal
more food and snack
options should be available in bar area
maybe a water/takeaway coffee stand??

10mins taxi ride from T5 to hotel. I paid for 175 USD for a KING room with king size bed . 24m’2 . Truly it’s not what I paid for.

Customer service was great. Lots of patience in providing information. I found the room warm at night because there is only a comforter but not a sheet. I truly don’t understand that. Do they was this heavy comforter between customers? The location is not near restaurants or shops. But the bus service is very convenient. We took a bus to the airport. We also took a bus to Oxbridge mall.it had lots of activities, restaurants and shops.

We just sleepover for one night as we arrived past midnight after the long immigration check out at Heathrow.
