Room was sparking clean we spoke to some of the staff and told like how well management take care of everybody. Activity centre was great swimming pool was huge and kids enjoyed. Food was good though I think some of the food items can definitely be improved in taste especially prep during rush hours. the way you take orders, deliver the food items, the way you speak and amange calm during rush and how you come back and communicate can definitely be improved. We had one experience of extending the booking with one of the front desk executive and the minimum I was expecting is a prompt response from your side to at least let me know what is possible what is not possible but we had to follow up multiple times. During check out the buggy was super delayed, car cud not come near the lobby gate and we could not fetch water. Food was packed for us and thanks for that. Bidding adieu can surely be better. It's a beautiful place with great amenities just work on your hospitality bit and you will shine better.

We decided to stay here for a night (on the way to coorg) and I would say it was a good stay. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is well maintained as well. The restaurant is swanky, looked huge and impressive. We wanted to try some south indian dishes for dinner but was not available and told that the chef who prepares these dishes have gone home. So we did roam out to get south indian dinner. The next day we tried the buffet breakfast and I should say that it had good variety of dishes and the taste was very good. The lobby at night were bit smelly as the there is a huge open ground behind and we noticed that a window was open. But it didnt affect the room itself and once you go inside the room, its all fine. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay at Hassan.

I went to Hassan for a business trip. I stayed at the pearl for 1 night only. Overall it was a good experience to stay there. Location: It was hard to find the location. I asked locals for the Pearl but no one knew about it. The Pearl was earlier known as 'The Southern Star' Hotel. They haven't changed the Neon sign above their building. After crossing the building twice, I searched for pics and saw the same building for the Southern Star and Pearl. At check-in, I came to know that they had changed their name in December 2022. They are still in process of changing their name everywhere. Room: Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-lit. The toilet was clean too. Wi-Fi is ok. The mini fridge was empty and over priced snacks are there too. Service: My room had electricity issues so I asked them to fix it. They came in a minute and were polite. Food: The breakfast costs 200 pax. I didn't pay for that so I wouldn't comment on it. Overall: They need to change their terrace neon sign immediately. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

This is a very good place to stay. presently some road work is going on hence about 500 meters patch is dug and the patch is very bad for good vehicles. But once you reach the hotel the staff is very helpful the services are also good. This lodge has a restaurant also and here you get very good food ofcourse the best southindian food is available. The speciality of the restaurant is they serve you warm/hot drinking water which assures you of problem free eating. Adjusting to the new techniques you can phone pay or card pay. A few draw-backs according to me are, Its little costly compared to big city hotel rates of equivalent status. They dont allow half day extension either you have to extend for full day or checkout. There is no tea / coffee service in the room after 8:30 in the evening.

Well Behaved Staff and Hotel Management people. The location of the Hotel is just located so near to the Railway Station and in a Main Route it's in a Prime location. Food in this hotel is really good feels like a Homely Food taste. Very Well Furnished and Maintained Rooms available in both AC & Non AC accordingly to the Requirement of a Visitor's.

The road to the property csn be improved. The road was partially destroyed due to rain when we reached there. The food was very good. We are vegetarians and hence are happy that we got variety of vegetarian food. Cleanliness can be improved, especially the bathrooms, eating area, and so on. We spent the time during rain and it is especially important.
