Place is good and just beside Central Hatyai Festival which is good for people who travel to HatYai for shopping purpose😂but if u not change money yet please do at your country because inside the Central Hatyai no money changer able to help you (maybe depends on currency rate dif between country) and MAKRO also walking distance. For the hotel facilities really good and clean they do provide basic ammenities and they have hair dryer and also they have lift so no worries for those who travel with ur parents. Their staff also very helpfull and friendly. For Malaysian bear in mind if you dont change money yet the deposit cost is RM200 or 1000 baht. I will come to stay at here again.

The location is perfect, but for old folks are inconvenience due to the staircase, my dad s leg is weak, he needs wheelchair . We stayed 3 nights in the hotel, everyday we need to carry down the wheelchair from the hotel and he needs to walk up and down 4 times (minimum trips) When we reached home, his leg getting pain and go see doc :( Overall the hotel is great and good location, in between kim Yong market and lee garden night market and nearby hotel got nice food restaurant .

Great service from all the staff at Centara Hotel Hatyai. Special thanks to Mr Methee & Mr Charat for the superb hospitality provided throughout our stay at the hotel. I stayed in best friend room and add one extra bed for our family of 3. Room is spacious Toilet is simple and clean. Water pressure satisfying You need to climb stair to get to the lobby but dont worry the staff will help u carry your bag Breakfast was delightful

The room is so big! Never expected the room to be that massive where you can choose to have your meal on the floor. I will rate the size 10/10! For the location, it's still within walking distance to most attractions but not so near. If you travel with a senior citizen and prefer a walking area, I suggest you book near Lee Garden. Service and hospitality are excellent. They provide hair dryers, shampoo, and body showers, but I prefer to bring my own hair shampoo.

Revisiting Hatyai and Songkhla. Hotel is closed to Diana Shopping complex (150 metre walk), Greenway night market (about 800 metre walk) and Central Festival Shopping Complex (1km walk). MC Donald is just beside Diana Shopping complex. About 1km walk to Chok Dee Dim Sum. A few Tuk tuk is always on standby outside the hotel so it is convenient if you need one for your travel around the city.

We booked 2 x Deluxe room with breakfast , Hotel is located makro, shopping centre & night market . I like the location , very convenient and easy to access every where. There provide carpark too. The swimming pool is big & have gym room too. The room is big for me to put 2 big luggage .The staff can't really speak english fluently . Sometimes there don't understand what i asking or explain. The room is clean & the sound prove too. The most important for me is sound prove . i will be back again this hotel . Highly recommend my friends and family .

The hotel is very close to Hat Yai and is a central location. If you walk, you only need to walk a few steps to the central area. This electric kettle is very popular, with 2 sets of cups, seasoning utensils and spoons. This Nestle coffee 3 in 1 is not free. The price is normally 800 baht a day, but it should be adjusted in the future to include wireless and hair dryer. The waiter was quite friendly and the underground parking was very cool. Because this hotel is eating halal food, there is no pork here. But you can buy alcoholic drinks here. But what is uncomfortable is that this movie is all sounded in Thai. I really hope that the manager can handle this. The hotel rooms are still very good and clean. I still want to live here compared to other Hat Yai hotels.

This hotel feels like home..Makes Yr stay comfortable! Spacious room,cleanliness is at top notch..the only disadvantage, the location is abit outside the city and hard to get street halal food ..however,it is easily accessible via grab if ure not a fussy person.. We requested for 2 twin and 1 double room 1 week before our arrival date via email, the hotel confirmed our request but no specific room provided when we arrived. Room was not sound proof, you will hear other customers talking loudly when they walk pass your room, don’t stay here if you have sleeping problem. Make sure you check room items EVERYDAY because When we check out we were forced to pay 100 baht for a missing face towel, we didn’t even use any face towel while in the room. I believed house keeping must have forgotten to replace them…I would have rather save my luggage space for my shoppings in Hatyai rather than taking their old face towel! The location was average, it is close to Lee Garden but you will need to walk thru a long creepy car park and small laneway to get to the Main Street. Overall quite a dissatisfy stay while in Hatyai. Will not stay here again or recommend it.

Hubby and I just wanted a short vacation is southern Thailand without too much hassle and traveling. We chose to stay in city center and required a comfortable reasonable priced hotel which was easy access to the two night hawkers, temples and the four famous markets which sold local products and wares. We found VL Hatyai after reading the numerous reviews. Our room was on the 11th floor with a great view of the city and it was spacious and clean. The twin beds and pillows were very comfortable and a kettle for making coffee was provided. A large TV with various English, Chinese and Thai channels were provided and we even had a fridge and hair dryer which were unusual for the price we paid. Due to the comfort we decided to stay 5 nights and ventured to tour outskirts of Hatyai on day trips to the Floating Market and Stainless Steel Temple.

Overall good, but I would like the staff to prepare rooms that are ready to spend for customers. Because we booked before coming and stayed 4 nights 5 days but moved rooms 2 times as well. 1. The TV couldn't be turned on. 2. Hot water doesn't work. But the accommodation changed the room until the customer was okay with it and the housekeeper provided very good service, spoke politely and was very cute. I was very impressed with the housekeeper. Overall, it was good. The room was quiet. Suitable for relaxing.

New hotel. A bit far from the lee garden but no problem easily can get a ride. They also also chafeur service within 1km and it ks free. I can rated this hotel 11/10. The staff was good, friendly and helpful. The space of the room not big not too small which is just nice. Once you entered the hotel you will feel so welcome. You can get motorcycle rent here too.

It is a perfect hotel for relaxing. And travel in Hat Yai a lot, beautiful rooms, clean, minimalist style, perfect style. There is also a living corner on the 2nd floor, suitable for resting, chatting and most importantly, there is a welcome snack as well when staying. In the room there is also drinking water, tea, Kae, Ovaltine. Very good service staff Especially the sister who is smiling and ready to recommend throughout the stay. And will definitely stay again ☺️
