We chose this hotel for our Chinese New Year trip, and it was very kid-friendly! The staff even prepared amenities for children. The lobby had a strong New Year atmosphere, and the staff were very kind to the little ones. The surrounding area has complete facilities, making it easy to take the kids out. The front desk service was also incredibly warm and welcoming, and the location is super convenient, right next to Wanda Plaza, so shopping and dining are just a stone's throw away. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive. Highly recommended!

Transportation: Located in the main urban area, transportation is very convenient. The surrounding amenities are complete, and ordering takeout is a breeze. Facilities/Services: The facilities are well-equipped, and there are plenty of parking spaces with charging stations. Dining: The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, and the breakfast buffet is very extensive. Double Spring Hot Spring Hotel is by far the best hot spring I've ever visited. The environment is great, the facilities are complete, and the service is attentive. Coming during the off-season was truly fantastic; it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves.

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during the National Day holiday! The soundproofing was really good. In the morning, I thought the delivery guy was a bit noisy, but it turned out to be a wedding next door, so it really blocks out sound well. Right behind the hotel is a large shopping mall with a Yonghui supermarket, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. They even provide kids' slippers, toothbrushes, and the hairdryer is a Philips! It was very easy to get here from Overseas Chinese Town, and the price was excellent for the National Day period. As for downsides, 1. there's no charging pile. I had to go to the Atour next door to charge, but it wasn't a far walk. 2. This one is a real bug: if two people are doing any two of these activities simultaneously – using the toilet, showering, washing up, or taking a bath – you'll definitely be seeing each other naked.

We recently stayed in a Club Twin room, and while we initially encountered a few minor issues, the hotel management team handled everything swiftly and even offered us an alternative room. Their prompt and attentive service truly made us feel valued. Over the past five weeks, we have travelled to nine cities across China and stayed in numerous 5-star hotels... The Sheraton Grand stands out above them all! My children are incredibly discerning when it comes to hotel standards, and both insisted that I make sure this hotel receives the highest possible praise. They love the views!!! A special mention must go to Mr. Zhou, whose dedication made our stay effortless. From coordinating our daily taxis to ensuring a seamless airport transfer, he consistently went above and beyond. For those seeking unrivalled service and meticulous attention to detail, the Sheraton Grand is the definitive industry benchmark for luxury in China.

This hotel was an absolute delight to stay in, definitely a five-star recommendation! The location is superb, incredibly convenient. It's just a 5-minute walk downstairs to the high-speed train station, and the bus terminal is also nearby, so getting around is completely hassle-free. Our room was on the 16th, the top floor, and even though it's next to a transportation hub, it wasn't noisy at all. The soundproofing is excellent; it was quiet and peaceful at night, allowing for a really solid sleep. A huge bonus is the laundry room; it's well-equipped, and any requests are promptly attended to, which is a lifesaver for travelers. The self-service breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the taste was great – very satisfying. All the staff were warm, attentive, and paid great attention to detail. Overall, the experience was fantastic: great location, convenient transport, quiet environment, and excellent service. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit, genuinely recommended! Plus, they even gave us free tickets to Dixingu Valley!! Seriously!! Unbeatable!!

Staying at Wanda Reign Wuhan during the spring cherry blossom season was a great choice! We got a complimentary upgrade to an executive floor room. Our butler, Ethan (Xiao Zhang), was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service. The Ogawa massage chair in the room was a definite highlight – so relaxing and comfortable. It's something you won't find at other international five-star brands!

My biggest impression of the hotel was feeling completely at home. The service was warm, attentive, and efficient. The front desk concierge service was especially thoughtful and I really appreciated it. I loved the Simmons mattress, TOTO washlet, and JBL speaker. Thank you, Shangri-La Hotel, for such a wonderful stay!

Facilities: This is a new hotel opening in 2025, so all the facilities are brand new. Two minor issues: the toilet isn't a smart toilet, and the TV screen mirroring kept disconnecting. Cleanliness: Excellent, both the room itself and the housekeeping were very good. Environment: Overall good. It's a newly developed area with not many amenities nearby, about 5-6 kilometers from the city center. Service: Generally okay, but a few things stood out: When checking in, the front desk staff initially blurted out that I had only booked 1 night, when it was clearly 3 nights. They later corrected themselves, saying they misread it, so it wasn't a big deal. The breakfast was mediocre, with too few options. The staff even started clearing away dishes before I had finished eating, telling me to go get more myself, which was a very poor experience. Yun Ting Chinese Restaurant 12% off: I didn't use the discount voucher. Instead, I used a set meal from Dianping for 2-3 people for 288 yuan. It actually fed 4 people very well. Highly recommended, the taste was also excellent. This was the most satisfying dining experience I had at the hotel. Buffet dinner 198 yuan/person after discount (original price 368 yuan/person) 1 portion/day: Did not experience this. Spa: This isn't operated by the hotel itself. I recall Westin usually has its own spa brand, but this hotel uses a third-party one. Overall, it was average, a 6 out of 10.

After seeing so many positive reviews, I was really impressed by the lobby. However, I was utterly disappointed when I got to the room. First, there was a stale smell, the room was tiny, and the bed was low and too soft. The bathroom and shower were also very small. This was the most expensive room I stayed in during my Wuhan trip, at 860. On top of that, the 'king size bed' was actually two single beds pushed together, which was truly frustrating and a bit of a letdown. It was worse than the Kaiyuan hotel's 65-square-meter room for just over 500. On a positive note, the two young ladies at the front desk provided excellent service. When they asked about my stay, I told them my honest feedback, and the front desk attendant said they would make improvements.

The hotel lobby was absolutely stunning—grand and beautifully designed, creating a luxurious first impression. It truly set the tone for a high-end experience.  However, the dining options at both the lunch and dinner restaurants felt somewhat limited. While the food quality was good, the menus could benefit from more variety to cater to different tastes and preferences.  Overall, the stay was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was top-notch. With a few more dining options, this hotel would be perfect! Highly recommend for a luxurious getaway.
