There was a Gree air purifier and two snacks were given. Hot spring: It was too hot during the day, so we swam and played for a while before taking a hot spring bath. It was very comfortable. The experience at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Enshi Station far exceeded my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located just east of the train station, a 5-minute walk even with luggage. The surrounding amenities are also superb; within a few minutes' walk, you'll find a snack street and authentic local restaurants, offering specialty foods like Zhang Guan He Zha and Tujia Diaozha Bing. In the evenings, there's a lively BBQ night market. Getting to city attractions or the Enshi Grand Canyon by taxi is also very convenient. The room experience was comfortable and thoughtful. The space was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, allowing me to relax instantly after a long day of sightseeing. My sleep quality was undisturbed. Service details were heartwarming. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and attentive throughout. The hotel offers complimentary laundry and ironing services, and with advance booking, you can even enjoy pick-up and drop-off services to/from the station, which is incredibly practical for travelers on the go. The facilities are comprehensive. The buffet breakfast at the Hua Yu themed restaurant offers a rich variety, including Chinese pastries, Western bread, freshly made noodles, and fresh fruits – everything you need to start your day energetically. There's also a heated swimming pool and a gym open from 9 AM to 10 PM. This is truly the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Enshi! 👍🏻👍🏻

The girl at the front desk is very nice. I was given a free room upgrade. I came to attend a meeting. The front desk arranged a room on the high floor of Zhuge Liang Square for me, so I could enjoy the beautiful scenery during a busy day. Combining work and rest is good for physical and mental health. There is a gym on the fifth floor, but it is outsourced. However, the equipment is quite complete. It has everything it should have. Wanda is next to it, and it is also convenient for eating.

This was my first time visiting Wuhan, and I wasn't sure where to book a hotel, so I blindly chose the Shangri-La. After reading some online reviews, I didn't really have high expectations. However, the Shangri-La pleasantly surprised me! Firstly, during check-in, I requested a room with a smart toilet. The gentleman at the front desk, after getting my consent to switch from a twin room to a king-sized bed, assigned me a room with a smart toilet as I requested. I found this very thoughtful and give it a big thumbs up 👍. They truly put the guests first and do their best to serve every guest well. While there were many aspects of my Wuhan trip that I wasn't entirely satisfied with, the Shangri-La provided me with warmth. If I ever come back to Wuhan, I will definitely stay at the Shangri-La again.

I usually like to save the best for last when writing, but for reviews, I'll cut straight to the chase. We booked an Executive Suite primarily for the Executive Lounge access, but the lounge experience was so disappointing that we checked out after just one night. The room itself, however, was great. Executive Lounge Happy Hour: We arrived at six, and it was already packed. There was barely any food left. Since it was the Winter Solstice on Saturday, they had dumplings. No desserts, and the cold selection just had sandwiches and sushi. Some dishes were empty. We found a spot, and just as we were finishing up, another guest placed a dirty plate next to us. The whole lounge was so noisy; we left after less than half an hour. Compared to executive lounges at other hotels, this one was truly subpar. The last three pictures show some of the dishes from the executive lounge. Facilities: The Executive Suite on the 19th floor was very spacious at 98 square meters, with two bathrooms. The living room had a sofa and a round table, and the bedroom was also large. The bathroom was equipped with mouthwash, and the living room had a capsule coffee machine, all very good. The view outside was also excellent. Ambiance: The lobby was spacious and featured some old photos of Wuhan. Service: The service was very good. The front desk staff specifically put the explanation of the executive floor benefits into an envelope for us. Breakfast: The Executive Lounge doesn't offer breakfast, so we had to go to the restaurant on the second floor. However, the breakfast selection was quite extensive. The freshly made Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) was delicious. There were plenty of choices for desserts, fruits, drinks, and main courses, and enough seating at the tables. However, the hotel was very slow to refund the deposit. We checked out on Saturday morning around 10 AM, but didn't receive the deposit until Sunday morning around 9 AM. Overall, it's still a pretty good hotel; I'm just quite disappointed with the Executive Lounge. If I book again, I'll just opt for a standard room.
