My recent experience at this hotel was beyond my expectations!From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff, who are willing to help with luggage and patiently introduce the facilities.The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom supplies are of high quality, and the welcome handwritten card is prepared in detail, which is very heartwarming!The location is excellent, surrounded by delicious food and business districts, making it very convenient for travel.The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western cuisine, and the taste is superb!The overall service is considerate and meticulous, with an exceptional cost-performance ratio. I will definitely choose this place next time and highly recommend it!

The experience at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Enshi Station far exceeded my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located just east of the train station, a 5-minute walk even with luggage. The surrounding amenities are also superb; within a few minutes' walk, you'll find a snack street and authentic local restaurants, offering specialty foods like Zhang Guan He Zha and Tujia Diaozha Bing. In the evenings, there's a lively BBQ night market. Getting to city attractions or the Enshi Grand Canyon by taxi is also very convenient. The room experience was comfortable and thoughtful. The space was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, allowing me to relax instantly after a long day of sightseeing. My sleep quality was undisturbed. Service details were heartwarming. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and attentive throughout. The hotel offers complimentary laundry and ironing services, and with advance booking, you can even enjoy pick-up and drop-off services to/from the station, which is incredibly practical for travelers on the go. The facilities are comprehensive. The buffet breakfast at the Hua Yu themed restaurant offers a rich variety, including Chinese pastries, Western bread, freshly made noodles, and fresh fruits – everything you need to start your day energetically. There's also a heated swimming pool and a gym open from 9 AM to 10 PM. This is truly the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Enshi! 👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel has an elegant environment, spacious and bright rooms, soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent sleep quality. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out process is efficient and convenient. The surrounding transportation is convenient and there are abundant dining options. It was really an amazing experience the food the front desk staff was really good it was an amazing experience for me and my family my child enjoy the play area for kids. He also loved the robot that brings you your delivery to the door of your room. The food at the morning breakfast was really amazing so many varieties the stuff also give you some options to satisfy your needs. It was really an amazing experience. I absolutely loved the service and amenities at the Shangri-La Wuhan! Both times I requested extra water, a razor, and other items from room service, they responded in about 5 minutes. The room was clean and spacious, and I especially liked the long desk! All the electrical appliances were spotless, clearly designed with safety and cleanliness in mind. For example, the electric kettle's power cord can be neatly rolled into a hidden compartment in its base. The ironing board and iron were also very easy to use. Overall, I appreciate the service and facilities of the well-established Shangri-La brand. There were no strange odors in the room, and the lotion had that familiar citrus scent. This time, the razor handle was actually bamboo, which was a nice touch, and it even came with a small can of shaving foam! The indicator lights in the elevator lobby were very clear, and when an elevator arrived, there was not only a red light but also a bell sound, so you'd never have trouble finding which of the six elevators had arrived. Very user-friendly! Most importantly, the value for money is exceptional! Thumbs up! 👍

Came to Wuhan for the New Year's Day holiday and chose this Sheraton in Hankou. We smoothly checked in after taking a taxi directly from Yellow Crane Tower in the evening. The pool temperature was just right, and it wasn't crowded at night, plus you could use the sauna – very comfortable. I went to the gym at 6:30 AM and found a few gentlemen already burning calories on the treadmills and elliptical trainers, full of youthful energy! Check-out was also very convenient, and it was easy to get a taxi right outside. A big shout-out to Manager Jenny, who was incredibly thoughtful with everything from booking and check-in to post-departure follow-up! A delightful two-day trip to Wuhan!

The lobby is incredibly grand, and the facilities are decent; it has everything you'd expect. The bedding quality is excellent! The bathroom has a ton of little odds and ends, essentially a small item pulled from each pretty little box. It lacks a sense of brand identity and is quite a distance from being a luxury hotel. I used the Black Diamond ”One City, One Room” benefit, and upon checking in, I noticed the executive room amenities were L'Occitane. The butler mentioned that only suites currently come with Acqua di Parma, but they still provided it for us. The executive lounge, as pictured, is good for a quick bite, and the fruit selection is quite rich. Free hotel parking is a really nice touch. The butler's response speed wasn't great.

We booked two rooms and saw that there were elderly people there, so we were upgraded to one room with a view of the park opposite. The elderly were very satisfied. The room was clean and hygienic, the breakfast was rich in variety, and the security guard outside the door recommended a good place to eat.

The hotel's location is very convenient for travel, and it is quiet in a bustling city. It is especially quiet at night. It is close to the airport, which is very convenient. However, the silence in the courtyard also highlights the sound of the aircraft. The room is relatively better. Fortunately, the sound is short, only about 20 seconds. There are not many flights and it is not too late. The front desk is very hospitable and I will stay here again next time.

Even before we arrived, our butler, Camilla, had already arranged everything in our room. The moment we opened the door, we were absolutely stunned by the river view outside the window – it was so expansive! We could just sit by the window and quietly enjoy the pleasant breeze coming off the river. The room itself was fully equipped with everything we needed, from toiletries to household essentials. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, making our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. I especially have to commend Camilla for her service; she not only prepared fresh fruit specifically for us but also gifted us the hotel's super cute mascot plushie. That instantly won me over, and this little surprise truly made me so happy. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again! I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable travel experience.
