The service from the hotel staff was superb 👍 Except for the check in counter duty on 20th July. There is no smile from the face to welcome the guest!! It's show the personality of the person and overall of the hotel ambience. The management should take care of this situation as it reflect your rating and guest comfortable. The cleanliness of the room is very good 👍, please maintain it ya . The location of the hotel is absolutely 💯 centre of the night.. just walking distance to night market, easy to find the restaurant, massage centre and etc.

Reserved at a price of 629 Baht does not have a hair dryer. At night the lights go out and turn off for a while. There are not many restaurants. If you want to eat, you have to walk around Bangkok Hospital Hat Yai. The towel in front of the bathroom was dirty. There are paint stains on it.

I am super loved their polite & friendly staff. All were welcoming. Since arrived & checking out , they were very nice. Just a bit far location from the center. About the hotel, i have no complaint at all. Beautiful & modern interior. Just doesn’t had the chance to try their kids club. Cause it jist launced during my stay.

We reached the hotel early at around 8am. Left our luggage with the hotel and went out for a walk in the day market which was about 10 - 15mins walk from the hotel, thanks to the helpful directions given by the hotel staff. Checkin was a breeze and the staff let us check in earlier at around 12.30pm as there was rooms available. Room decor is basic with a ceiling fan to augment the aircon to cool down the room quicker. It looks like the same liquid soap used for hand wash and bathe. There is hot water for shower, but there is no toothbrush, toothpaste and bedroom slippers provided. Can't remember if a kettle and bottled water were provided but there is a provision shop beside the hotel to purchase bottled water. Location of the hotel is in between the Hat Yai train station and the day / night market.

Place is good and just beside Central Hatyai Festival which is good for people who travel to HatYai for shopping purpose😂but if u not change money yet please do at your country because inside the Central Hatyai no money changer able to help you (maybe depends on currency rate dif between country) and MAKRO also walking distance. For the hotel facilities really good and clean they do provide basic ammenities and they have hair dryer and also they have lift so no worries for those who travel with ur parents. Their staff also very helpfull and friendly. For Malaysian bear in mind if you dont change money yet the deposit cost is RM200 or 1000 baht. I will come to stay at here again.

Nice hotel sooo luckyyy we got free upgrade to luxury room. Room so big,we like so much,nice reception all staff always smile n have a lot parking space..but for breakfast is not halal for muslim as a muslim we just take bread,cereal,n fruit. Positives: Spacious and clean rooms AC works well Wifi works well Fridge and safe in room Front desk and cleaning staff are nice Location is good, by Asean market and a fifteen minute walk to Central Festival Negatives: Had bugs in my room and needed to be moved to another room, second room did not have bugs. It’s nice that they provide breakfast but it is average at best. The food is cold, no salt and pepper at tables and the staff at the breakfast area are not friendly and lack basic social skills. Gym is tiny

Happy check In to this hotel cos I managed to get my interconnecting room with my young children, more over the hotel location is super good and within 5 mins walking distance to the wet market. I managed to find my foods at the morning market.

We booked 2 x Deluxe room with breakfast , Hotel is located makro, shopping centre & night market . I like the location , very convenient and easy to access every where. There provide carpark too. The swimming pool is big & have gym room too. The room is big for me to put 2 big luggage .The staff can't really speak english fluently . Sometimes there don't understand what i asking or explain. The room is clean & the sound prove too. The most important for me is sound prove . i will be back again this hotel . Highly recommend my friends and family .
