The room upstairs, you could hear every step they took starting at 5 am. The room was very nice and convenient.

Easy access from highway. Comfortable country setting. No closet and could use hooks for coats.Staff very helpful.

Stayed here one night on our way home to northern Arizona after a long trip. Chose a pull-through with full hook-ups. The site was huge and level. The pull-thru sites are gravel, no grass or shade. The riverside sites have no sewer but are grassy and beautiful. A river runs behind the park, and the property extends beyond the river, creating a lovely opportunity to walk and hike with our dogs. We will definitely choose this property again if we come this way. In fact, we are thinking about taking a trip that has us staying longer here as the base to explore the gorgeous county in southern Utah. Thanks, Nichole!

Beautiful location. Natural and unspoiled. Very close to all the major parks and tours. Zion, Bryce etc Nearby ATV, Horse riding, and even a great abd crystal clear river on the acres and acres of land. Clean room, well managed, pillows, towels bathrooms all brand new. ( No TV in room was great, and made us have family team and go out) Nice recreation room with tons of games, and tables. Highly recommended.

Room layout was great for our family of 6. The separate shower, separate sink, separate toilet were great for efficiency. The kids enjoyed the playground, firepit, and cornhole games. Laundry room had many machines, so we quickly finished a few loads. Wish we would have tried the new restaurant, but we had already had dinner!

Our stay in the RV park was great! Beautiful property which started with a warm welcome. We took lots of walks along the Sevier River. It would be a great destination for couples or families. Had a delicious burger at their on Property restaurant. I would recommend a stay for anyone wanting a central location for Bryce and Capital Reef National Parks.

We loved our family camping trip to Riverside Ranch !!! The facilities were beautiful and clean and the staff was amazing !!! The bathrooms and showers were awesome !!! The scenery and sunsets were breathtaking as were the stars at night !!! We loved camping by the river - we would love to come back again !!!! Bryce Canyon and Red Rock Canyon were an easy drive !!! Riverside Ranch was the best !!!
