Overall a very cute and conveniently located place when visiting Bryce Canyon. Thebservice was friendly ND they even provided stores for the fire pit which the kids enjoyed.
Cons are little attention to cleanliness details. We found d the unit and surfaces to be quite duty and dirty as well as a non working refrigerator

Helpful staff when we checked in. The cabin was perfect for our stay. Air conditioning worked great which was important after coming back from hiking in Bryce. Hot water was good in the shower. Everything was clean and working as should. The hotel also starts a campfire at night for the guest to use that includes smores. The location is near is a coffee shop and the hotel gives you a coupon to use. The coffee shop also has a laundry mat. We ate at the outlaw steakhouse and that was good.

Pros: - Easy Check-in and check-out; all information for check-in have been provided via text message. For check-out, just send a text message. We did not get in touch with the staff during our several nights stay. - very clean cabin - modern design with great bed, big TV flat screen, bathroom, fridge and air conditioning. - voucher for one complementary coffee per person each day for the Sevier Coffee with friendly staff - only a short ride away from Brice Canyon National Park Cons: - nothing Each evening, there is a campfire where you can get in touch with other guests. We could not take advantage of this because we joined each evening the park ranger’s program.

Loved the atmosphere of this property. Nightly fires for the guests, lots of ice (it was a hot day of riding motorcycles) staff was super friendly and helpful!

We were really looking forward to what we thought was going to be a nice cabin room after a long drive and we got in they left a key for us and directed us to a room that was not a cabin just a cleaned up motel room in a gravel lot. The bed was not comfortable and we never saw anyone in the office so we left. What they show you is not what you get...
