Location is perfect . Parking is a bit difficult and expensive . No private parking possible . Only parking on the street for a maximum of 24h and than need to repark. Breakfast is really good . The price and service for the hotel is pretty good for the location . Super clean and friendly personal , super helpful. Every time again when I am in Prague.

The hotel is super clean and comfort，and the facilities are almost keepind good and environment is quite cozy

Very convenient to reach by public transport. Friendly staff, they also speak Italian. Very clean room with every comfort. The only flaw was that the TV broadcast over 50 foreign channels except Italian. Breakfast with rich and substantial buffet.

A very satisfactory stay, the price is not high, the location is very good, not far from the castle, within walking distance

Good location and friendly, but there are cockroaches and wifi is not good.

The room was clean. Equipped with a small refrigerator, safe, coffee machine and coffee gel. The breakfast is rich and the meals are delicious. Front desk, room service are very good.

各部屋にネスプレッソのマシンが設置されており、アメニティも日本の基準で十二分なものが用意されていてとても感動しました。トラムやバスでどこへ行くにも便利です。朝食時間が11時までと長めなのもありがたかったです。

除了沒有空調，房間其它的都不錯。酒店前台小哥挺耐心的，服務員態度也都nice.就是來往機場打車費有點小貴。

酒店沒有空調吹走風扇，日夜温差大，晚上還行，早上很熱

Well placed Hotel, not too far from the Old Town. Convenient for access to the airport (one bus took us to with 10 minutes walk of the hotel). Our family rooms (two separate rooms joined by a single entrance) were perfect for our needs, and very reasonably priced. Staff were very helpful, breakfast provided the perfect start to the day. The Hotel was very clean and tidy. The hotel bar was ideal for a night cap at the end of a tiring.

Lovely hotel, unfortunately let down by a couple of incompetent reception staff. Checked in at 21:30 without luggage because BA had apparently forgotten to put in on the flight. Information from Prague airport was that luggage would hopefully be delivered to the hotel some time the following day. Relayed this information to the hotel receptionist at went out to grab a drink. Returned to the hotel at 23:30, confirming with the same receptionist what time breakfast was the next morning. Next morning returned to reception to ask if baggage had hopefully arrived before going for breakfast. Was told no not as yet. Went back to receptionist again after two hours to ask if luggage had arrived, was again told no. I then rang the baggage handing company at Prague airport asking if there was anyway of confirming an approx time that my baggage would be delivered to the hotel. Was told at that point my baggage was delivered to the hotel the evening before at 23:00. I then went again to receptionist with this information. At this point the same receptionist looked on the computer and confirmed it was “here somewhere”. Next day asked another receptionist for an iron to be delivered to the room. After checking in the room two hours later I could not locate the iron. Went to check at reception to be told “sorry she didn’t read the message” meaning she had text another employee to deliver the iron but she hadn’t read the message. Nothing sort of appalling.

A excellent hotel, I arrived at 1am in the morning after my flight was delayed 3 and half hours, The young lady on reception was so welcoming and very polite. My room first floor was very nice,clean and quiet, With a court yard view and facilities with a Exspesso coffee machine. That made tea as well, Extra pillow was handy as well and there was a mini bar fridge with alcohol and soft drinks and chocolates as well. The breakfast, Help your self, was free, and excellent, Hot scrambled eggs,plus fried, bacon, sausage, beans and tomatoes also cold meats and different cereals plus fruit, Tea and any coffee you wish for.The variety of foods were great and all fresh. Location good, 15 - 20 mins walk to Charles bridge and into city centre and at the main rd were trams/busses as well. All of the staff I met were so friendly and so kind.

Due to certain circumstanses we luckily found this hotel in Prague in a very very short notice (already in Prague, being scammed with our booking for an other location). We stayed for around three weeks in Christmastime 2022-2023 and it was OK. The room was a bit small and had only a window to a messy backyard, but inside it was very clean, comfortable big bed and bathroom, and the service was excellent all around the clock. We also enjoyed the main decoration as well as the funny shoe cleaner machines they had in our floor that you can use any time for free to shine up your leather shoes :) We liked the breakfast that was included to the price, but as usually, in three weeks it became a bit boring eating the same stuff every day and sometimes we needed to hurry up in case we wanted to have the sweets (especially the small white round douhnugts!) as well. There was a small fridge and a coffee machine with capsules in the room, great! Location for us was perfect (easy walk, tram etc.).
