A very lovely B&B. We had a room with private terrace and jacuzzi, which was fabulous. So much space, very clean, everything we needed was in the room. The whole hotel is immaculate. Very nice lounge with a pool table, which we used a couple of evenings. We were arriving late so a key box was available. Breakfast was quite limited in choice, understandably, but perfectly adequate to set you up for day and even my vegan friend was able to eat something. It was also nice to sit and have coffee/breakfast by the pool. Didn't see staff often but when we did they were friendly and helpful. Mornings at breakfast are the best times to catch them. Street parking is available in the area. You might have to drive around a bit to find a space but we were never more than a five minute walk away. Fortunately, when we arrived at 2am, we found a space 30 seconds away. After that, we were usually a few streets away but it really wasn't a problem. My only two ******* (just for awareness): We weren't able to pay when we booked and no payment info was provided. We sent several emails enquiring about payment in the weeks after we booked - none were replied to, which created a bit of anxiety. In the end, we had to call them a week before going. FYI they prefer cash payment when you're there but it's not mandatory. Responding to communications would be much nicer for upcoming guests. The cooked breakfast items were stone cold - almost fridge temperature. I did not enjoy eggs and bacon that way; it was a quite unexpected and unpleasant sensation so I didn't try it again. However, the other items were all good. If you are based here, with a car to get around, you will have a very nice stay. The town is small with limited restaurants but other places are not far away; it's a good, central place to explore Malta from and BB de Rohan provides a comprehensive guide, in the room, to everything worth visiting and everything you might need locally. A lovely stay.
