本次住宿體驗感非常差
1.房間床單上有香煙燙的破洞，毛巾破舊；
2.衞生間沒有洗手液和肥皂，前台回覆不提供洗手液，洗手液瓶子形同虛設；
3.淋雨間地面黃漬，坐便器有黃漬；
4.早晨用早餐，因小朋友不舒服未下來用餐，想要打包帶上樓，要求簽署免責聲明；
5.點的外賣，機器人沒送上來，詢問前台説機器人裏沒有，多次交涉後，説外賣員沒有放好，導致未能送上樓；
6.找值班經理投訴，推脱責任，説反饋的問題，他衹是值班經理，沒有權限，衹能向管理層反饋，但因為涉及到費用，管理層不批，他也沒有辦法。
請問，房間衞生不到位，清潔黃漬需要費用嗎？軟性服務不到位，整改需要費用嗎？找不到外賣，説是快遞員的責任，沒有訂單訊息，那你們在核實時，為什麼不仔細些，發現有未送達物資呢？
最後一點，估計被子或者床單有蟲子，小朋友腿上被叮了一個大包，應該不是蚊子，不癢，很疼。
