The hotel is located in the Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street. The floor is high and there is no noise if the windows are closed. It is convenient for shopping and far from the subway station. The room is quite big, and there are free drinks. The bath water is also very big. Overall, I am very satisfied.

I came back to this hotel because I found it very good. The staff was very friendly. The price included breakfast and free laundry service. They also helped me find an address I needed and it took 10 minutes to walk to the subway. I recommend it. Also the room is very clean and includes free water.

After comparing several nearby hotels, I finally chose this one. It was the right choice. Geographically, it is located on Ningguo Road, Shizhong District. I love this place where you can park in the city center and it is convenient to go anywhere. Next to the road is the bus stop sign at Taining Intersection. There are two large shopping malls nearby, Bingo Plaza and Manle City. We only went to Manle City. Lei Street is also nearby, but I have been there too many times. In terms of hotel environment, I read reviews that the hotel has been around for a long time, so I was a little hesitant when I booked it. On the spot, the decoration style is warmer and not old-fashioned. I even think this style suits me. I booked a superior king-size bed room with a large bathroom. The bed is big and the space is big. It was very comfortable to stay for one night and the service was courteous.

This is my second time at Anhui Hotel. The reason why I chose Hefei as the first stop of my trip is entirely because of Anhui Hotel. It gives me a home-like feeling. Hefei has five subway lines, which can go anywhere you want to go. It is faster and more economical than taking a taxi. Because of Anhui Hotel, my trip to Hefei has been postponed again and again. I sincerely wish Anhui Hotel more prosperity.

Someone reminded me to go to the fourth floor to check in, which was a bit troublesome Environment: Although the room is near the viaduct, it is still very quiet, and the lighting in the room is OK, but my room has a super big pillar, which makes the space much smaller. The location of the hotel is very convenient for those who have meetings next to South Railway station. The room was clean, breakfasts and dinners are very tasty and worth your money. As a frequent traveler, I can say that this is one of the better value Grand Hyatts, and better hotel offering of the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, carefully designed. Staff speak English, are helpful and friendly. Facilities are on point and more importantly well maintained, especially the Gym. Location wise the hotel has pros and cons. Starting with the pros. Located above one of the most premium mall of the city. Hence, restaurants (Italian, Thai, various Chinese and vegetarian options), coffee/tea houses, and pubs are plentiful. Furthermore, easily accessible by taxi as it is near Hefei’s main roads. However, should you need to travel by metro, then the location isn’t too convenient; the nearest metro station is still 15 minutes walking distance.

It was my first time staying at The Langham Hefei, but I can also say it was my third as I extended my stay twice. The staff's courtesy, warmth and the right level of care started right at the moment I entered the hotel lobby. The wall to wall and floor to ceiling marble can be cold, but The Langham Hefei 's lobby feels warm and welcoming due to the yellow hue of its lighting I believe and its staff. I immediately smelled flowers after I stepped in the lobby, pleasant, not overwhelming. It came from a huge bouquet composed of hundreds of pink lilies, not the pink roses representing The Langham. I prefer lily's smell anyway. The bouquet is by the front desk, so guests could enjoy lilies while waiting for check-in. As a matter of fact, I waited no time. Ada Yang greeted me immediately and checked me in within 2 minutes. I was very glad I moved from the other 5-star hotel which I had been told was the ceiling of the Hefei hotel scene. It took that hotel 10 minutes to check me in. The breakfast experience at The Langham Hefei was also great! The Seasons restaurant is big enough so that the seating was always available whenever I went down, which was not the case at the other hotel. In addition to daily cleaning, House keeping also came in the afternoon to make sure every everything is in good order and ask if additional supplies are needed. After two nights stay, I decided to change my original hotel hopping plan and continued staying at The Langham Hefei. It was again Ada Yang who helped me with the extension. She was warm, professional and efficient as always. Due to my itinerary change, I extended my stay the second time. This time it was Kristen He (XIAO He) who helped me. I experienced the same Langham quality from Xiao He - courtesy, warmth, knowledge and efficiency. She explained to me the responsibilities of each front line role and Langham's efforts to optimize guests' experience.She even went extra miles to ask her manager's permission to give me a complimentary Happy Hour. The Happy Hour is on the 44th floor at The Langham Club where mini buffet and beverage are provided 5:30 - 8:00pm. The staff there, Tracy, Lucy and Anne, were equally exceptional! They were proactive and ready to help. I asked for a Cosmo, but the cranberry juice had run out. Lucy made one with grapefruit juice and it tasted wonderful! Thank you, Ada, Xiao He, Tracy, Lucy, Ann and each every staff I met, you made my stay a memorable one!
