The hotel impressed us by its cleaniness and convenient location, as it’s a newly built one. Staffs are friendly and treated us nicely, although they cannot speak English well but still try their best efforts to explain to us. We booked a room for three people and only 2 breakfast offered in the original booking, but when we reached at the hotel the receptionist told us we can all enjoy the breaskfast without paying for one more. Very supportive and a big plus to the customer service. Breakfast offers various dishes with both Chinese and Western styles. This hotel would defenitely oan ideal choice when we come back to Heifei in the future.

This hotel is great. I love the fact the staff are so friendly and kind. Specially asst.manager Joanna Zhai. She was really helpful during our stay at the hotel. She made sure that our stay at the hotel was warm and satisfying. Attended to every need we had at once. Really appreciate her efforts. Breakfast in the hotel was nice but same. Wish it was a different experience everyday. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. My daughter really had a good time in the hotel and she was very sad to leave. Hope to return soon for another good getaway. Thanks to all staff from the hotel security bell boy reception guest relation staff house keeping and the management. I highly recommend the family suit if you are traveling with kids. You will definitely have a relaxed time while your kid will be enjoying the room.

First of all, the room is square and well-planned (cures obsessive-compulsive disorder). Secondly, it is the first time I have seen a refrigerator equipped with free drinks in the refrigerator, which is very thoughtful. At the same time, the detailed design of the spotlights and the intelligent configuration of the curtains are also very good. Finally, and most importantly, for a person with sleep disorders, the sound insulation of the windows (no external sound can be heard when closed), the partition of the mattress (my husband's turning over is not affected at all), and the height of the pillow (adapted to the cervical curvature) let me sleep well. So, I am willing to evaluate it in such detail! I hope you will keep up the good work! I also hope that Atour in other cities across the country will follow your example! (The evaluation photos can be ignored, it's just a cup of milk tea downstairs, hahaha)
