First of all during this critical moments in the world due to the COVID 19 safety it’s out of great importance! This hotel has it, all personal where wearing masks and everyone is responsible. Very professional and friendly hotel personnel, I had a shower head problem and Hotel tech arrived in a min, replace it in the blink of an eye. I felt welcome safe and take good care of. Wir haben noch nie zuvor ein Hotel bewertet, doch nach unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel empfinden wir eine Bewertung sehr wichtig, damit andere Leute nicht in diese Falle tappen. Der Check-In verlief schon sehr unorganisiert, da für uns (meinen Mann und mich) zwei Buchungen vorlagen. Generell wirkten die RezeptionistInnen sehr unorganisiert und unsicher. Beim Betreten unseres Zimmers ist uns direkt aufgefallen, dass wir zwei Einzelbetten, statt einem Doppelbett, wie gebucht, bekommen haben. Dies war auf den Bildern im Internet anders zu sehen. Der Teppich ist sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen und war total verstaubt und verdreckt. Gesaugt wurde definitiv nicht! Klodeckel und -brille waren völlig zerkratzt, die Armaturen an Waschbecken und Badewanne verfärbt und verkalkt. Auch fanden sich lange, schwarze Haare an der Badewannenarmatur und auf dem Badezimmerboden. An der Decke des Hotelzimmers war eine Halterung für einen Feuermelder befestigt, jedoch fehlte der Feuermelder. Direkt haben wir den RezeptionistInnen die Mängel mitgeteilt. Der Rezeptionist hat uns kurz darauf die Einzelbetten zusammengeschoben. Bzgl. des Feuermelders fragte dieser und allen ernstes, ob wir denn dringend einen Melder bräuchten. Mein Mann und ich haben für zwei Nächte gebucht, haben es aber wegen des Drecks und den unbequemen Betten nur eine Nacht dort ausgehalten, sodass wir nach dem Frühstück, welches sehr gut war, unsere Koffer gepackt haben. Ein letztes Mal haben wir uns dann beschwert und unser Geld für die zweite Nacht zurückverlangt, was kein Problem war. Dazu muss ich jedoch sagen, dass die erste Nacht für uns doppelt so teuer war, wie die zweite Nacht, die wir erstatten bekommen haben. Wir haben den Eindruck erlangt, von den RezeptionistInnen nicht ernst genommen und eher belächelt zu werden. Nie wieder!

We visited Heidelberg in juni 2022, and was originally only booked in at Qube hotel for 2 nights. As our travels to Heidelberg went alot smoother than expected, we called the hotel to see if we could book an extra night, so we had longer time to explore the City of Heidelberg. The guy i spoke to in the phone was very friendly and helpful, and spoke perfect english. He made a reservation for an extra night, in the same room as the following night. Check-in went smoothly, and the room was just perfect! As it was really hot when we visited Heidelbeg (+ 30 *C), we really appriciated the arcondition and the possibility to open af window. The room was very spacious, and so was the Bathroom. i think it is the first hotel i have stayed at, were it was possible to open the Bathroom window, which was really nice. We did not eat any meals at the hotel, but we visited the Bar a couple of times, and had the most fabulous cocktails. The Bartender( bar mamager) was very friendly! We had most of our cocktails at the Rooftop bar, and it was just perfect! Bahnstedt is a very unique area, and we enjoyed staying here. We would hihgly recommend this hotel for other guests.

We chose this hotel for its location and were able to explore Heidelberg solely on foot. The staff were helpful and courteous, both via email before our stay and during our stay. We booked the suite which gave us a bigger room and included a mini fridge. I did find the bed to be much harder than I'd like and would've liked more pillows but honestly I didn't request any. They probably would have gave us some. Room was clean.

Top parking access and great location. Within a few minutes from the tram. Hotel wise the bedrooms are confortable, clean and specious enough. Bathroom comes with the regular amenities and even more (earplugs for example). Breakfast is in point, great choice of sweet and savory. Bar serves great cocktails and the atmosphere feels pretty cozy!

On recommendation, I booked the wheelchair room for one night by phone. A hotel, a small room with a double bed, 40 cm left to windows & heaters and 40 cm right to the wall and a large bathroom, heavenly roll-friendly. Even if with the toilet roller inaccessible in the back but otherwise good. How to get to bed with the wheelchair? Find another hotel at 20:00 Sunday? The anger was buffled by a student's over-required late service, who then called the boss to ask the advice, simply push the beds out, exchange the big lake for 2x new. We then received beds. In the night I need support when moving, a double bed therefore actually no alternative. In fact, then 4 hours sleep with the nose on the heat body. The negative feedback the next morning irritated; the beds could be stripped out without problems. They would always be done like that. And the bathroom is so large and really great accessible. Just with the note that you should in any case look at the rooms before, whether the room is suitable. If the recommender knows the room? But yes and problems would never have been there. Even e-Rollis would be suitable. You just push the beds out without problems. And the bathroom is so large and really great accessible. Since then I have been thinking about where the problem is to solve the problem without problem in an desirable way before the guests arrive and the problem? Pro: -very nice rooms with good bed, nice shower and small kitchen for coffee and simple cooking - choose a room at one of the top floors so you have from the balcony a bit of a view - easy to reach from Heidelberg Hbf train station parking either in parking under hotel (8 euro) or for free on a few places on the street. Con: - this neighborhood South Heidelberg feels new and industrial so don’t expect to see the old town, but that’s easy to reach by tram or local train.

Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Extremely pleasant and helpful receptionists and other staff. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was a bit ”strange” in that there was comparatively little food on display. Hot food was available but you had to ask for it. There was a traditional menu that wasn't much use if you don't speak German. The breakfast cost 19 euros which, in terms of value for money, wasn't good. After the first morning I ate breakfast in town. Regarding the room: it was difficult to open and close the curtains because they hung down a long way from a very high ceiling. Also, the main shower seemed to be hand-held only. Perhaps it wasn't, but that's how it appeared to me. I used the bath instead, which was very good. The room was generally quiet, but I was disturbed by people (students I assume) just walking along the street and talking. They certainly weren't rowdy.

Very nice atmosphere in an old workshop in the city's handschoes home. The map offers sufficient choice for all tastes from pasta, pizza to fish and meat and vegetarian. The antipasti were very good and 2 portions were sufficient for 5 people. The main courts were all well prepared and kept what they promised according to the map. The price level for Heidelberg was more than acceptable. Recommended!
