Vriendelijk personeel, netjes en schoon. Helaas geen fijne bedden en de airco doet niets. Het was te warm om comfortabel te slapen. Ontbijt was prima, niets bijzonders, duur voor de keuze die er is. Goed te lopen naar het centrum van de stad.

Einfach rundum Guter Service, immer freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen die sich kümmern. Wir waren eine Woche Tag und Nacht in Heilbronn im Einsatz und ich bin vom Support durch das Hotel sehr begeistert. Freundlich und Unkompliziert ist alles da was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Höhepunkt ist der Service beim Frühstück. Da grenzt an das Feeling zuhause zu sein. Danke!

Wir kommen seit einigen Jahren in dieses Hotel und sind immer begeistert. Super Lage, bequeme Betten, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, gute Parkmöglichkeit, angenehmes Ambiente in der Hotelbar und ein Frühstücksbuffet das keine Wünsche offenlässt. Aber das allerbeste ist das freundliche, hilfsbereite und sehr kompetente Personal!

Very nice staff! Breakfast is really great! Rooms are good and clean. The nightcap at the bar in the evening was nice and relaxed. The hotel is very centrally located. The city center with the Neckar and good restaurants is within walking distance. The impressive house with the Experimental is almost on the doorstep. If we come back to Heilbronn I will try to get a room at the Ibis Hotel. We can recommend it.

Indeed, a very well located hotel opposite the station and a few steps from the city center, and with parking. Professional receptionist. Compared to the price and the brand of the hotel, it is difficult to find fault. Small room like the bathroom but with all the required equipment, good bedding and clean rooms. A much younger clientele than us that evening and who returned noisily late at night to their respective rooms ;-) Excellent service at breakfast by a very pleasant lady.
