前台服務態度特別差，離開時讓前台幫叫一下出租車，哪個服務態度那張嘴臉很讓人討厭，還讓我上一邊待着，她在忙忙着辦理入住？退房客户就不是客人是吧？什麼口氣什麼態度？欺軟怕硬的不行，還連鎖酒店，好好管理培訓一下前台禮儀知識吧。

吵我就不説了，設施差到極致，面盆漏水，淋浴間大花灑開裂。一早出門玩就掛了 立即清潔 的牌，到我們中午12點回來，還沒打掃，醉了
