Really poor booking service and even customer service. I paid for the hotel room, but the code was not sent to the hotel room. I called a paid aspan where it was said that this was because I didn’t prove my identity (even though there was no place where I could do it) I sent them a picture of the hangers that wasn’t enough for them either. The Aspa staff muttered the room number I then got inside.
