The hotel is right walking distance to church. And all amenities. Parking in front building is free from 7pm to 9am morning.

Friendly staff, check in until late which is helpful when at the mercy of unreliable public transports
Clean room with all you'd need for basic cooking over a long weekend, loads of wall sockets, super useful when travelling with loads of gizmos
Good location in a walkable distance from the cathedral, town centre, champagne cellars...
The train station is not too far either

We arrived with a lot of luggage that we couldn’t leave in the car overnight the gentleman in reception stored them for us to avoid taking them up to our room, great service. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in France with lots of choice and well presented. Overall an excellent stay.

As instalações do hotel deixam muito a desejar. Não tem telefones nos apartamentos e, tem um só elevador. Os apartamentos do terceiro andar são do tipo duplex, onde na parte de baixo se encontram o banheiro, a cozinha e um sofá. Na parte de cima (separados por uma escada de cerca 22 degraus) se encontra a cama, o que se torna deveras desconfortável sobretudo para pessoas idosas. O hotel é mais adequado para o público jovem. Devo destacar que, está relativamente próximo do centro (10 a 15 minutos a pé) e o pessoal é prestativo e amável.

Very run down! This is NOT a 3 star hotel AT ALL. Felt like we were walking into a hostel. Upon entering the hotel there was a pile of empty beer/wine bottles and broken glass. Not a good first impression. The room was not as pictured in any way. The bathroom lights did not work, the shower head was broken and overall was not very clean. Not to mention the toilet did not flush well. I wish we would have spent an extra $50 to get a much better hotel.

Nous avons réservé 2 chambres dont une surclassée. Nous avons donc pu comparer. Pas de problème de parking. Hôtel situé à 500m de la cathédrale dont proche du centre ville. Accueil très bien. Petit déjeuner varié. Propreté impeccable. Nous recommandons sans problème.

Zonder te willen overdrijven, was dit de ergste hotel-ervaring die ik al meegemaakt heb. Wij boekten een kamer met ontbijt voor één nacht en betaalden hier net geen €200 voor en toch was het verblijf ronduit verschrikkelijk. We mailden onze ervaringen ook al naar het management, maar kregen hierop tot op heden geen antwoord. Enkele redenen waarom het verblijf uiterst onaangenaam was: - vlekken op het tapijt - talloze haren op de ‘verse’ lakens - een grote vlek op één van de hoofdkussens, gelukkig wel een nieuwe kussensloop gekregen aan de receptie - haren in en op de lavabo - het putje van de douche was al in lange tijd niet meer geleegd en gepoetst - duidelijke afdrukken van handen op de muren boven het bed - in het bijhorende keukentje vloog er letterlijk een insect uit de microgolfoven bij het openen, de vaatwasser stonk enorm én de frigo zat vol kleverige vlekken Ik kan nog zo even doorgaan, maar dit volstaat wel, denk ik. We gaven het management een maand de tijd om te antwoorden, helaas. De receptioniste was wel begripvol, maar kon niks meer veranderen aan ons verblijf. De locatie is oké, dicht bij het centrum. Ik zou dit hotel aan niemand aanraden en al zeker niet voor die prijs!

Tout était conforme et de bon goût..la réceptionniste nous a donné le bon conseil de profiter du dernier show sons et lumières de la cathédrale de Reims...un grand merci pour le judicieux conseil. La chambre propre et bien équipée. Parking en rue facile dans le quartier.
