After our trip around Crete we added another week of golf. We felt completely comfortable. The morning began with a breakfast that left nothing to be desired. Then we read at the beautiful pool and watched the golfers at hole 1 from the pool. The pool was ours alone in the mornings. A small snack at lunchtime was sufficient for the subsequent round of golf. Throughout the week, ”our” buggy was ready to go with enough water for the round. In addition, a catering buggy drove across the square to provide free drinks during the round. The course is in good condition and has large, fairly fast greens that were easy to putt. The course is a challenge for every handicap class and wants to be conquered tactically. Signature hole was lane 6 for us. In the afternoon we had the place to ourselves. The dinner was excellent in every respect. Dinner prices reasonable. The Greek wines were good companions but unfortunately a bit overpriced if you know the purchase prices. The extremely friendly and prudent staff deserves special mention. Our special thanks go to the manager of the hotel, who tirelessly tried to show us the Bundesliga relegation on the big screen on the first evening. Many thanks, Mr. Sotiropoulos. That was not a matter of course!,, Would definitely come back

A stunning and family-friendly hotel with all you could ask for on the grounds. From a beautiful gym, swimming pools galore to an incredible water park on site for not just the little ones but the big kids too… it has it all! The food courts had so much variety too with different settings for different nights. The entertainment kicked in just as I was leaving and the bar side singing was just beautiful, a great touch to the space ito give it that adult-exclusivity feel away from the other areas of the hotel which catered for the whole family.

I am in love with this hotel and its staff. 🫶🏼🙌🏽They are wonderful people with a kind soul. The first time I came with a friend in 2023 and we cried when our exciting vacation in Stella Village ended. This year I brought my parents on vacation. I was very happy to meet 💁🏻♀️Lindita again - a very nice and pretty girl. Very attentive and responsive. She brought me to my senses when I fainted, and was with me until I felt better. 🙋🏻Ledian is a wonderful guy who works immediately. He will always advise you to try something new in terms of food. 🥃💁🏻♂️ Temour is a very nice and smiling guy at the bar, with whom my family and I have the same views on some things. And, the most important person, for whose discos we travel from another country for the second year in a row - 🎶DJ SPIROS 🔥🎧!!! This is a unique and inimitable guy who with his sets will create for you not only the most pleasant atmosphere for the evening, but also set a great mood for the entire vacation! Customer focus at the highest level! We had a blast! The whole family thanks you for your support and care, for the pleasant emotions and moments spent in Stella Village.💃🏼🔥✨

The hotel is located in the center of the old town, very close to Piazza Venezia and the church. It is convenient for eating, shopping and going to the beach. It takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi from Heraklion Airport, and the taxi price is 15 euros. If you rent a car, you can park in the central parking. The night is 7 euros, and there is a 24-hour valet parking guy; the hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are relatively large in Europe. The bathroom is designed with three separate parts. It is best to bring your own slippers and toiletries. There is no toothpaste or toothbrush, and the towels are poor and Only one set was given to two people; there was a kettle; and the bar downstairs was noisy.

Enjoyed a relaxing week in the new hotel Pnoe Breathing Life. The resort provides an adults only tranquil environment. All rooms have private pools giving you the option to relax on your own terrace, at the hotels pool or the beach. The hotel has its own section on the beach with comfortable loungers, towels and water, you can order food and drink to your sunbed using the app. As it is a relatively small hotel and has been landscaped beautifully it always feels calm and peaceful. All the staff are warm, friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you are well cared for. There are two restaurants Anasa and Thymises both serving delicious food. We particularly liked Thymises a part of the very popular Peskesi restaurant in Heraklion. They serve organic farm to table traditional Cretan food, which seems in keeping with the hotels concept of providing a luxury resort based around wellness. We only used the spa once for a dry flotation which was very relaxing. A highlight of the holiday was a daily yoga session run by Konstantinos. Konstantinos managed to adapt the sessions to the differing needs of the group, he is clearly a very experienced and intuitive teacher - highly recommended. During the seven days we were here we didn't leave the site as we never felt we needed anything else, which speaks for itself. If you are looking to recharge your batteries this is the perfect place.
I really don’t no what to say about this hotel, from the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty from the welcome drinks to cold towels for freshen up with was an amazing touch. Me and my fiancé came for my birthday and we left the kids at home! The food was amazing and I was worried it would be too posh for me as I’m very picky but there was loads of variety! The maid left us little notes every day which made us smile nothing was too much trouble even when I was poorly :( We were upgraded to the white suite and omg the views of the sea were breathtaking. Special thank you for Kostas and Yiannis for arranging the trip for us! The waiter service round the pool was amazing and I don’t think the hotel or service could get any better. We are even considering this hotel for our honey moon or the sister hotel white luxe but we will be back with the children as there is also so much to do for the kids aswell. Entertainment was amazing too live singers and DJ. All in all incredible 5 star hotel and I can’t wait to come back :) Thanks team :)
Ok for young kids but not ideal for teens -underwhelming kids club, they seem to run out of ideas, every day it's arts and crafts or face painting, no outdoors activities or swimming etc. Our 6 year old was fine with it but on the cusp of being incredibly bored by the lack of variety. You get what you pay for I guess (it's free)... - young kids activities are similarly unimaginative, there's a disco but it's a bit rubbish, there's an outdoor games area with a pool table and table tennis but no toys or anything else for young kids outside of the kids club. - the outdoor pools... one is heated but still on the cold side for our 2 year old. The other is unheated and practically unswimmable in Oct. Freezing. - the worst part is the deck beds situation: all the nice ones are reserved for specific rooms so the cold pool which is nicer to sit by than the kids heated pool is basically out of bounds unless you have a room with a specific sunbed attached to it. All the nice ones are in the sun and reserved. By the kids pool there are v few sunbeds that are in the sun or a location where you can watch your kids in the pool. It's too busy and there's nowhere to sit. When we tried taking one of the (many) sunbeds from the trees area and bringing by the pool we were told off rather rudely by the staff and told its not allowed. I've never stayed anywhere where it's so hard to find a sunbed and when you do actually find one, it's impossible to use due to ridiculous rules. This one reason almost makes this a 2 star rating for me, and I'm actually still pretty angry about it. - but, the food is actually pretty good. Not so much the buffet which is as good as they tend to be in these types of places, but the other restos are actually pretty decent. It costs a bit if you're not all inclusive though and overall with the other issues mentioned this I'd only stay here if your budget dictates it's best. There's a lot better places in Greece if you're willing to spend a bit more though.
Stayed at this lovely hotel, right on the sea front, for 10 nights. We booked a Superior room with sea view, not sure what was superior about it apart from the sea view and bath robes (no belts) and slippers, but it had everything we needed. The shower was good apart from the water draining away, itcwas very slow so we had to keep turning the water off until it drained. The room was cleaned daily and towels changed even though we had left them hung up. Having mobility issues I really appreciated the ramps all over the hotel inside and out. We were AI and the three buffets per day were varied enough not to get bored and the food was good. The AI drinks were OK apart from the wine, which I think was Retsina and too harsh for us. We mainly drank beer ( not bad), and the local brandy and ouzo which were fine. It would have been nice if one or two cocktails were included on the AI menu but the cocktails we paid for were good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Angela and Valarious (apologies if I've spelt it wrong) on the bar in the evening were efficient and friendly. A big shout out to Mr Nikos on the fruit juice and coffee machine, he was a ray of sunshine each morning at breakfast with his big Kalimera greeting to everyone and always ready with dietary advice. The pool is very small and we didn't use it but the sunbeds on the lawn at the back of the hotel were the most comfortable sunbeds we've ever come across and we've tried a lot. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't be averse to a second visit.
GGuest UserWe went to Galini beach bar most days whilst on holiday in Greece. The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was fantastic!! The beach was clean and the sea was so clear. We will be back here next year. Thank you Galini ,❤️
We’ve just returned from a 10 night stay with an 18 month baby. Overall, the hotel is lovely - very big with lots of pools and restaurants. We booked the suite with pool access which was invaluable with a little one. Positives: overall staff very friendly, food was great for an all inclusive (even the buffet), though we didn’t rate the South American a la carte. The cocktails at the main bar were great (the other bars were more pre-made but to be expected as pool bars). Right on the beach - shingle but we found this to be fine. Some of the staff were amazing (especially Rula at the Beach Bar). There is a nice kids area with a kids club and playground, we didn’t use the club but did use the playground. Never seemed to be a problem with people reserving sun beds on the whole. We needed to see a doctor one day and the reception staff went out of their way to help, we felt totally looked after in a stressful situation. They even arranged the collection of the prescription for us. Negatives: we found it hard to get bottles of water (you get 2 in your room when the restock the mini bar but with a baby we needed more) and the bars were funny about giving them out. While the food was good overall, there wasn’t much on offer for snacks, apart from the crepe restaurant and the hotdog stand near the beach. Ice creams weren’t advertised but I think you could ask for some. Big negative for us was the pool temperature - super cold! Too cold for our little one unfortunately, and it was the same in the kids area. We tried the indoor pool one day as it was heated but it wasn’t very clean so we didn’t use it again. Overall, wouldn’t quite call this a 5 star hotel, but that being said we had a lovely stay and elements of it felt more luxury. I wouldn’t say it’s the best for babies (although everyone was very baby friendly and accommodating). We went mid-October and the weather was 23/24 and sunny. Would defo recommend for a holiday in Crete!
GGuest UserWe had one week holiday in Hersonissos where we stayed at Villagio. My expectations were excedeed. We wanted a quiet and relaxing holiday, away from work, noise and so on, and that is exactly what we got. The hotel is nice and modern, and the staff is amazing. The room was big and comfortable, and everything was working perfectly. We had breakfast included. There were plenty of choices, from fruits and vegetables to different kinds of bread, eggs, cereals, pastry products and different kinds of coffee and juices. It is true that the hotel is not next to the beach, but that wasn’t an inconvenience for us, because it was really easy to get a taxi for 10 euros. We were happy not to stay at a hotel near the beach, close to the crowded areas. A nice part of our holiday was the old center of Hersonissos that offers different places to eat, shops and a relaxing walk between the small houses. It was the perfect holiday, and it was a bit hard to come back to the everyday life after such a relaxing week. Many many thanks to Maria, Marina and Georgia. They have made our stay so pleasant where you definetly feel spoiled.
Annabelle Hotel was a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend. Spa was amazing, anastasia was a great therapist. Offering relaxation and her kindness and friendliness went unnoticed. Smells and treatment was really good. Will return again. ❤️
DDaria KoshkinaGood day. For the money that we paid for a hotel-hotel worthy! Good, solid repair. Everything is working. Clean toilet. There is everything you need in the kitchen. True frying pan scratched into the board. But this is also a question for tourists! Why are you spoiling hotel property !? After you still come guests !! Well, a hotel, we could already change this stuff to a new pan. Also, called the hotel, be so kind as to comply with the rules. The number of towels is not normal. Only 2 per person And the first 5 days, these were beach brown towels, then they brought white ones. Also, there is no quenched paper. The cleaning lady said that it wasn’t allowed and buy paper yourself at the hotel’s store! This also violates the norms of the hotel business! There are also no toiletries. Even elemental soap. Otherwise, everything is tolerable! Clean well, clean everywhere. The question now is different: to Trip through which we booked this hotel. In the voucher from the company indicated meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Upon check-in at the hotel, we were denied meals! They stated that they do not have free food. And the fact that we were deceived by the company in which we paid for the tour! As a result, no one fed us! Voucher from the company. Food trip and hotel voucher without food in my arms. I will file complaints with the relevant authorities!
