In 1 woord fantastisch. 10 dagen genieten van een mooi groot schoon nieuw appartement, een heerlijk zwembad zonder handdoekje leggen, een goede lunch, een koud biertje en een ongelofelijk behulpvaardig team. Van de manager, de schoonmaker, de receptionist tot de mensen achter de bar en de keuken. Daarnaast is Koutouloufari een gezellig schoon levendig dorp met vele goede restaurantjes en zonder rumoerige jeugd. Top!

Wij zaten hier midden in het hoogseizoen en hebben echt een topvakantie gehad! Allereerst door het supergastvrije personeel: iedereen (van schoonmaakster tot manager) is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en staat de hele dag voor je klaar met een glimlach. Ze doen er alles aan om je verblijf zo optimaal mogelijk te maken. De samenstelling van de gasten is heel divers, wat erg prettig is. Tijdens ons verblijf wel voornamelijk Nederlanders. Ja, het appartementencomplex heeft veel trappetjes/stijle paden, maar dat maakte het wat ons betreft juist heel gezellig en intiem. Doordat Koutouloufari tegen de berg omhoog ligt, heb je vanaf je balkon een prachtig uitzicht over Chersonissos en de zee! Appartementen zijn heel netjes en schoon. Er zijn twee zwembaden met voldoende bedjes en parasols en er heerst een rustige sfeer (ook als alle zonnebedje bezet zijn). Echt superfijn verblijf gehad!

No reviews in years was a puzzler? But, likely due to the majority of people staying as guests being from the Netherlands (TUI europe) and this last week - only two sets of visible UK visitors (ourselves included). As far as location, standard of accommodation, standard of service, Pool area - couldn't fault them! The place was spotless /nipping clean, the staff all courteous / attentive, any small issues quickly dealt with (and I mean - MINOR, as a samll issue with my external transfer and they helped me immensly). An absolute credit to their employers and themselves, really. Day to day, getting to know each and everyone, poolside or passing reception - each person spoke to just had a great sense of humour and showed extreme professionalism throughout our stay. All seemed genuinely interested in getting to know you and wanted you to have a great stay. This service would be enviable, by many great hotel chains we've visited worldwide and would we go back... in a heartbeat for the relaxed poolside vibe my wife and I where after. One small thing that came to mind, would be likely the pool a little small for maybe groups or larger families, but they still accommodated this well as most people just timed in and out the pool themselves when it quietened down... the whole poolside theme was relaxing really. We had a 2 bed suite and amazing, for a family of 4... (older girls), everything we needed and furnished very modern. Food / drink was lovely, something for everyone... they stay with their image and works well. A tad on the pricier side, but fair when as we do... weigh up the service and convenience we appreciate in running the poolside to its standard. Hey, we are on holiday and everyone sets a budget - but happy to blow this if having a great time. Like I say... we'd happily return and location is perfect - as we know the area well and are not too bothered being away from the beach. We love the Villages, having visited before - but got to say - Keep up the great work guys! 100% great 10 day holiday!

Geweldige tijd gehad in Sundance Appartments. Mooie studio, vriendelijke eigenaar en personeel, schoon complex, rustig en fijn zwembad. Het is niet echt geschikt voor mensen doe moeilijk ter been zijn of beschikken over een rolstoel. Dit vanwege de hellingen en trappen naar de appartementen. Voor informatie over de omgeving kon je meer dan genoeg informatie krijgen van het personeel, die voor iedere vraag beschikbaar was. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Goede lunch, alleen het enige wat ontbrak was het diner. Daardoor ben je 's avondecht aangewezen opje appartement of het stadje. Maar zeer zeker de moeite waard en zou er zo weer teruggaan.

Het is al weer even geleden dat we er geweest zijn (mei 2023), maar na het terug zien van de mooie foto's beseften we, nog steeds geen recensie te hebben geschreven. Maar dat verdienen ze zeker!!! Wat was dit een geweldige plek om te verblijven. Het ontvangst bij onze aankomst, de fijne gesprekken en tips van de manager Chronis, de dames bij het ontbijt, die altijd voor je klaar staan. Allemaal waren ze even aardig en behulpzaam. Hier komen we graag nog een keer terug!

Heerlijk rustig appartementencomplex in dorpje heuvel op bij Chersonissos. Vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden een lopertje mee wat niet handig was in een appartement met twee open trappen naar slaapkamers. Na melding werd een ander appartement geregeld met n deur naar de slaapkamers. Top. Zelfs de verhuizing wilden ze uit handen nemen.

Wat een fantastische plek om te verblijven. 1,5 kilometer buiten het drukke Cherso, in het piepkleine plekje Koutouloufari. Voldoende restaurantjes op 100 meter afstand, en een paar winkeltjes. Complex is heerlijk ruim op gezet elke appartement is weer net wat anders qua indeling. Heerlijk zwembad. Iedereen is super vriendelijk. Onze kluis deed het niet, daar kwam iemand op zijn vrije zondag speciaal voor langs. Enige aandachtspuntje zijn de hoogte verschillen, voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn een uitdaging. Maar een hele dikke tip!!

We hebben voor de 2de keer in dit gemoedelijke appartementen complex verbleven. De ligging is prefect als je wilt genieten van het dorp. Strand is op loopafstand, wel steile weg. Wij huren dan ook altijd een auto. Het team heeft altijd tips voor leuke en mooie uitstapjes. Voor ons voelt een verblijf hier als echt thuiskomen en genieten.

Geweldig! Een leuk plaatsje, het personeel was allemaal supervriendelijk en behulpzaam, goede adviezen gekregen toen we een dagje met de auto weg gingen. Schattig plaatsje, wel 20 min wandelen naar t strand op een steile weg. Prima zwembad, wel wat fris in oktober. Alles aanwezig, zelfs kaasschaaf en badhanddoeken. Dagelijkse schoonmaak en heerlijke bedden. Eigenlijk maar 1 minpuntje, horren voor de slaapkamerramen was fijn geweest.
