Have a good stay. We extended the stay of the blow. Far from all the night life of Malia but close to its authentic old Malia.

Husband and I booked our Honeymoon here for our Crete but after spending a few days in Athens. It was great we arrived early and were allowed to leave our luggage with them until our room was ready. We had issues with pre-checkin and the staff member tried her hardest to get to the bottom of it. I was extremely tired by check in and my brain was a complete mess (I hadn't slept much on the ferry) and the staff member was very accommodating to my stupidity at the time. Once I had a nap a really lovely shower chilled out in our room which was lovely spacious and clean we went down to get dinner. Which was filling and great especially the sweet treats and fresh fruits. We decided to book some excursions through the hotel and after a little bit of waiting not the hotels fault we met the happiest most passionate person on Crete and definitely a credit to the hotel Dimitra! gave us the best recommendations possible and helped out sort out a few things we didn't know we wanted. Every time we saw her she was happy and a delight nothing was too much. We had reported the shower was broken upon arrival and it was fixed immediately. Breakfast was great with fresh orange juice, coffee, pastries, cooked breakfast and lots more to choose from. I would highly recommend a stay here and if you need help with anything seek out Dimitra. The hotel itself is in great location close to the beach, shops and restaurants plenty of parking and quiet , great services WiFi and room service also trying their best to help the environment.

We had one week holiday in Hersonissos where we stayed at Villagio. My expectations were excedeed. We wanted a quiet and relaxing holiday, away from work, noise and so on, and that is exactly what we got. The hotel is nice and modern, and the staff is amazing. The room was big and comfortable, and everything was working perfectly. We had breakfast included. There were plenty of choices, from fruits and vegetables to different kinds of bread, eggs, cereals, pastry products and different kinds of coffee and juices. It is true that the hotel is not next to the beach, but that wasn’t an inconvenience for us, because it was really easy to get a taxi for 10 euros. We were happy not to stay at a hotel near the beach, close to the crowded areas. A nice part of our holiday was the old center of Hersonissos that offers different places to eat, shops and a relaxing walk between the small houses. It was the perfect holiday, and it was a bit hard to come back to the everyday life after such a relaxing week. Many many thanks to Maria, Marina and Georgia. They have made our stay so pleasant where you definetly feel spoiled.

Great hotel with swimming pool for young and old. 3 slides for the enjoyment of children and adults. The catering is not bad there is something for everyone every day a different meal on the grill side otherwise often the same starters and desserts but ideal when it is hot .. There is also a special children's meal area with mashed meat and vegetables. don't expect to drink luxury drinks, juices lightly mixed with water but since it's hot it's already good... Cocktail part of the All inclusive on request at the bar see the pencarrz on the bar .. On the reception side I am disappointed that the hostess does not speak a word of French even though the hotel is supposed to be French-speaking.. Fortunately my partner speaks a little English.. Otherwise on the entertainment side we are happy there is an entertainer for children and quite a few thing during the day for everyone.. The best for the end in the evening it was the best time ever for the children at 8 p.m. mini disco hosted by 2 girls the entertainer for the children and the entertainer Myriam who I take care of sports in the hotel, super nice, adorable with the children, cuddly and super nice, my daughter was adopted directly (Julia).. in the evening, different entertainment. Belly dance magic Greek dance the last evening where we stayed until 1am with couples of parents that we met at the hotel as well as the host Myriam and her chef great evening.. For evening walks there on the 1 side of the hotel just go 100 m on the right and a little more 500 m on the left... We spent 6 great days.. Happy vacation to all

A stunning and family-friendly hotel with all you could ask for on the grounds. From a beautiful gym, swimming pools galore to an incredible water park on site for not just the little ones but the big kids too… it has it all! The food courts had so much variety too with different settings for different nights. The entertainment kicked in just as I was leaving and the bar side singing was just beautiful, a great touch to the space ito give it that adult-exclusivity feel away from the other areas of the hotel which catered for the whole family.

We looked at both Stella Village and Stella Palace and ended up booking the village in a superior family room (427). It’s a lovely room in a great spot, away enough from the noise of entertainment (you can still hear it but not deafening). The room is modern, clean and well laid out with a king sized bed in one part, separate shower and toilet and then another area with 2 single beds so perfect for a family. Food wise, we have found the selection to be good quality but really poor in terms of both variety each night and quantity of choice. Such a small selection. The main restaurant by reception lacks any character, totally indoors and is clearly the old restaurant of a hotel it looks they took over to then either create Stella village or expand it. Mediterra clearly has been added and in the style of the palace restaurants and much nicer as is partly outside. Again same small selection of food and very similar each night. You have to book this on the app or in reception. We ended up at the main restaurant the first night and so pleased we haven’t had to go to it again. Tonight we ate at the A la Carte Filemma and was really looking forward to it but food wasn’t great however the restaurant itself was again a new addition. Setting wise in the dark it’s fine but you walk through clearly an area of buildings which house rooms from the previous hotel it looks like and thank goodness we weren’t in these. It’s like two different worlds. We have no idea how the three small restaurants cope when the hotel is at capacity in the summer months. The reception, pool bar area are tatty and tired and there is clearly the old pool from the previous hotel which doesn’t look appealing plus 2/3 other little pools that look like they may have been added but it’s all a bit disjointed. Apart from the water park there isn’t a decent pool to sit around and swim in if you are a village guest and that’s not made clear when we looked at the two. The water park is incredible. Spotlessly clean, great staff and this is the same throughout the hotel, all very friendly. The food offering in the water park is the same each day but good quality and convenient. The slides are incredible and what an amazing addition to the hotel. We took the bus into Heraklion today. About 30min and cheap. As a city not pretty, we were Chania side last year at the same time and so pretty in comparison. We are glad we saw but very little there and very little character. What we feel isn’t made clear when looking at the hotels to make your choice via a lot of the tour operators websites, is that you are allowed to walk through Stella palace, ( as they just blend into each other anyway) enroute to the water park but apart from that you are told upon arrival that you must not use any of the facilities in the palace. You honestly feel like the poor neighbours. They have such a lovely selection of restaurants to choose from, bars and lovely places to relax with a drink, two stunning pools and a

I really don’t no what to say about this hotel, from the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty from the welcome drinks to cold towels for freshen up with was an amazing touch. Me and my fiancé came for my birthday and we left the kids at home! The food was amazing and I was worried it would be too posh for me as I’m very picky but there was loads of variety! The maid left us little notes every day which made us smile nothing was too much trouble even when I was poorly :( We were upgraded to the white suite and omg the views of the sea were breathtaking. Special thank you for Kostas and Yiannis for arranging the trip for us! The waiter service round the pool was amazing and I don’t think the hotel or service could get any better. We are even considering this hotel for our honey moon or the sister hotel white luxe but we will be back with the children as there is also so much to do for the kids aswell. Entertainment was amazing too live singers and DJ. All in all incredible 5 star hotel and I can’t wait to come back :) Thanks team :)

The hotel is very suitable for a holiday. It has a beautiful environment, a swimming pool and a beautiful beach. It takes 15-20 minutes to drive to Knossos Palace and Museum. The staff are very warm and friendly. The breakfast is very rich. The dinner is a buffet, which is also very good. The next day There will be music and dance performances with Cretan characteristics. All in all, it is a very cost-effective hotel and the four of us are very satisfied. The only drawback is that the room facilities are a bit old and the water in the wash basin in one room is broken.
