This hotel is amazing. We spent our summer here with our kids. This hotel has everything we needed and the amazing time and service we had was above all our expectations. First, all the staff is very kind and helpful for any kind of requests we had. We understood this from our first discussion with Kostas, the reservation manager who is so kind and making sure every customer would be satisfied during their entire stay. Manos, the food and beverage manager is amazing as well, so is its entire team. The Italian restaurant Oliva is delicious and offers a large menu from delicious pastas, fresh caprese, seafood, meat, incredible cooked vegetables,… to make happy everyone. The breakfast is also great, everything we wanted was there! From the on-demand omelettes to the freshly baked crepes and pastries, fruits assortments, cooked meals, … everything. The bar restaurant is a so beautiful and quiet spot and offers the most beautiful view on the beach. There we could order all kind of snacks and play snooker. This spot is very representative of the hotel : a 5 stars hotel but no showing off :) Exactly what we love ! Best kids club. We have been in several kids club before and as parents, of course this is so important: happy kids, happy parents. Exactly as the entire staff of the hotel, the kids club staff is AMAZING, so good heart and giving their best to make the little guest happy. Our kids spent some time there almost every afternoon and had the best time ! They speak different languages but most of all, they speak the kids’ one perfectly. Very professional, very good people. Thanks Natalia and Veronica for the love you gave to our kids that love you so much. The animation team is great as well !! When we were in the mood of activities we could join the games and pool animations as well as the mini disco in the evening that the kids and we loved! The team gives all to make happy the clients and has so much energy !! The housekeeping is very good and very kind too. The nice beach offers water sports and we had the chance to make some jet sky and banana boat :) There is also a games corner and an area to play chests and many more kind of games. Fitness center, spa, several pools, some with animation, some for quiet times, one kid pool with little slides, tennis courts (and an amazing tennis teacher) We loved our time there and will be back as soon as possible

It was so good. I really enjoyed my treatment with the best specialist Marianna. The massage therapist was incredibly professional and attentive. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that the pressure was just right. The combination of the facial massage with the full-body treatment was perfect. I could feel the stress melting away from my muscles, and my skin felt rejuvenated and glowing after the facial.

We went from 28 May to 4 June. We arrived just before midnight and so were advised to go straight for something to eat and then we were shown to our rooms. Good points - the resort is spotless, I think I saw two items of litter the whole holiday. The food at the buffet was the best of any all inclusive hotel I have been to. Being able to eat at the a la carte restaurants was also a treat. We managed to eat at them all and our favourites were Mademi and Pithos. You can only book one day in advance so top tip is to download the app and at 7.30am bookings for the restaurants open for the following day. This way we got to try all of the restaurants and the food at them all was very impressive and beautifully presented. We weren’t a fan of the main pool which was very busy, Sun loungers were saved early on. But if you explore you will find a pool that suits you. We loved the Pithos Pool, there were always sun loungers available and at times we had the pool to ourselves. Other pools also had loungers available throughout the day. We also weren’t a fan of the beach which is more pebbles than sand and packed with sun loungers but we loved the spot by the sea next to the Medemi restaurant. We always managed to grab a sun lounger and the view of the sea was much prettier here. Great spot for snorkelling. The gyros bar by the main pool is worth a visit for chicken or pork in a pitta wrap with salad and fries. There is also a smoothie/juice bar and ice cream bar next door. The outdoor cinema was also great although we got bitten a lot by mosquitoes so wear protection. The tv in the room had Netflix and YouTube which was great for the day of bad weather we had during our stay. We did struggle to find shelter during a thunderstorm because the bar area was busy but in the original reception area opposite the Estia restaurant we discovered another indoor bar area with lots of seating. The entertainment is less visible than other resorts but I suspect it is just because the resort is so big. They are based by the pool near the water slides. We watched the circus show one evening and the Disney show, both were very good. The staff are all very friendly and clearly take pride in the resort. On one evening my daughter left her bag in a restaurant and as soon as we realised we went to reception and were very impressed that it had already been handed in. We also left a tv fire stick in our room. My husband emailed the hotel to ask for it to just be removed and destroyed. The hotel replied within a few hours to say they had retrieved the device and had posted it back to us. Assuming it arrives back we are very impressed by this level of service. Few ******s if we are being picky… We booked sea view rooms but were on the side of the hotel so had to stand at the edge of the balcony and turn our heads to see a little bit of sea, which was a little disappointing. We were only ever offered one drink with the buffet meals and even with the a la carte book

Second time at this hotel and honestly can't fault anything about it, staff bend over backwards to accommodate, they are the most wonderful friendly hotel staff we've ever known. The hotel is spotless and cleaned every day without fail..little hotel minions are at it from 5.30am, most don't finish before 10pm, and are always so polite, drinks and food choices are amazing, something for everyone's taste, crepary bar is open from 10am till 12pm, so much yummy choice, and if you miss breakfast lunch or dinner there are lots of variety of sandwiches wraps cakes etc there. Entertainment is great with something in the theatre every evening, and traditional greek live music on the terrace most nights.. The pool and surrounding areas including sunbeds are immaculate, It has it's own beach directly across the road, a beautiful jewellery shop and newsagents on site, as well as a beauty salon. Very well priced in all. There is a small children's club as well as a separate children's pool with it's own waterslides. I could go on .but find out for yourselves, I promise you will not be disappointed..the only disappointment is going home 🥹 10 out of 10..next year will be our 3rd time at this hotel!!

We booked this hotel as a couple in our early thirties after seeing how popular it was in social media and from recommendations, we went to Mayia exclusive resort in Rhodes last year and were told that Stella Island was on the same level, it was not. Pros Very nice looking place with decks over the water etc Buffet breakfast was nice, lots to choose from, fresh orange juice in the mornings was nice. Cons On arrival we were told to download the app to check in, we were asked if we would like a drink which we did but were made very clear we could only have this one if we wanted another we would have to pay, downloaded the app, clicked the button to check in and that was it, no information on restaurants we could use, how many times we could use them, where the bars or restaurants were literally nothing, our bags were loaded onto a buggy and we were driven to the room. We were shown how to switch the air con on and that was it. First few days sat around the pool next to the cabana bar, the service was so slow, out first day was 37 degrees and the woman came around 3 times all day to take drinks orders! she then told my partner the next day it was too hot for her to take orders and in that heat we don't get the best service!! Frequently bought over the wrong drinks around the pool, over the first few days this happened at least once a day, drinks we didn't order, drinks we ordered but were made wrong etc, we then moved to the pool area next to reception and the service was much better, still don't come around often enough to take your order but it was better. Asian restaurant, waited 30 minutes for our food to then be told our food had been given to another table and ours would be another 10 minutes, what?? Next night steak restaurant, we ordered the sharer steak, we were half way through our dinner when they came and told us this isn't our steak we ordered, took it away and waiting another 5 minutes for what we actually ordered to arrive!! Second time we went to the steak restaurant we waited 25 minutes for a drink as they had 1 bartender to the steak and Asian restaurant, then my partners dessert came which wasn't what he ordered so had to wait another 10 minutes for his dessert to come. The buffet for dinner was so small there was barely anything there unless you wanted bread salad or sauces. Cocktails and beer are vile, the cocktails are syrup over ice you could only have 1 as more than that would give you horrific heartburn, the beer was so watered down, if you wanted a Mythos you had to pay for it as it was on the 'premium drinks menu' Service was so so slow, once night we waited near on 30 minutes for someone to come over and take our drinks order, you try to go to the bar to order and they will tell you to sit down and someone will take your order!! The most beautiful stay! My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights for a babymoon and it was wonderful. On arrival, the staff had upgraded us to a garden room which was huge with a large balcony, side sea view and incredibly comfortable bed. There was a bottle of Prosecco and cold plate awaiting us in the room. The shower is very powerful and the bath is huge! The whole hotel is stunning and immaculately clean. The staff work so hard to care for the hotel and grounds and it really shows. The restaurants are fabulous. I'm veggie and when asked to review my stay after a couple of days, I commented that the only thing I would change was the veggie options. The following two nights at dinner, we were treated like royalty with specially made or recommended dishes. It was so special and I felt very lucky and cared for at the hotel. Despite the beauty and grandeur, the hotel has a lovely, relaxed feel. Every member of staff we met was friendly, kind and helpful. It is such a nice atmosphere at Amirandes. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff even brought me up some milk when I had terrible heartburn! Just gorgeous people all round. The hotel has a short pathway to a private, sandy beach with plenty of loungers, towels are all included and laid out, no queueing! The sea is calm and clear, perfect for swimming and snorkelling and you can order food and drinks to your lounger if you like too. This was truly a 5 star experience and we will be booking again with our new arrival for out first family holiday without a doubt! Huge thanks to all the staff for making our time so special. We felt immediately relaxed on arrival and were treated like absolute royalty, thank you 😊
