Days Inn by Wyndham High Level

Like the room that we can park right outside the door👍

The staff were very helpful when we had issue with the shower no hot water but was quickly looked after, the only think I find is that when paying for room with credit card thru ******* we had to pay $400 cash damage deposit this time around as the previous times I paid with credit card I had paid $250 cash maybe I didn’t understand the deposit situation very well but I thought that was high for damage other then that I enjoy my stay

Pet friendly room had laminate flooring and not carpet which was great !

The service is what stood out to me in this place. You could see All levels of service were trying to make the experience good for the customer.

We stayed one night on our way south to Edmonton. Staff was friendly and our check in was easy and efficient. It is not a new property but our room was clean and comfortable. We would happily stay here again.

I paid for a jacuzzi room and they gave it to soneone else. We stayed in a basic queen bed room. They were also very rude. I will never stay there again.

Biggest issue was even when paying with a major cc they still insisted on a $250 deposit and no one around at checkout early in the morning. Rang bell on desk for about 5 minutes and no one came so I had to leave
