During our road trips, we’ve stayed at this hotel 4 to 5 times over the past three years, and each experience has been wonderful. This stay was no exception. Special thanks to the entire team for their warm hospitality. After a long, nearly 13-hour drive from Bangalore, we went straight to our room to relax. We appreciated that the third bed was being set up as we arrived, so we didn’t have to wait. A big thank you to everyone involved in upgrading us to a suite! We loved the spacious room. We ordered in-room dining, and the food was fantastic. To our surprise, we later found out that Operations Manager Ms. Ruchi had graciously marked it as on the house. They didn’t have to, and I really appreciated the gesture. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were super clean, and we slept wonderfully. In the morning, we had breakfast, where Mr. Birendra took great care of us. The food was delicious, and he suggested packing some aloo parathas for the road—a fantastic idea since the parathas were amazing, and finding quality food on the highway can be a challenge. All in all, a great stay! Thanks to everyone at Vivanta Pune for hosting us.

The interior decoration is relatively new, the internet speed is fast, the work is very convenient, the breakfast is rich, and the cappuccino is especially good! The service attitude is also very good! It's close to the road outside, so it's a bit noisy!

Stayed on 8th floor room no. 814 for 13 nights recently... excellent road view and very comfortable stay to say the least.. Facilities are nice ..Payal and David from cafeteria are two incredibly helpful and polite people who always served with professional agility and a never exhaustive smile on their lips. The wide spread buffet breakfast became more enjoyable and tasty because of these 2 people's warmest conviviality. I was quite impressed. Thank you Lemon Tree. Will come back again.

Good room and food. All services are excellent. Had an amazing stay. Food spread is really good and great ambience. Executive lounge is too good if you need an early dinner or for business meetings and work. Diya & Pushpak provide really good service at executive lounge.
