Be warned - tried to charge us double for ham and cheese toasties. We didn’t stay, just stopped for lunch which was average. At the end when we came to pay the waiter bought us the bill and the toasties we had ordered were double the price what they were in the menu. I tried to challenge him and he was saying we hadn’t paid for two drinks when in fact they actually owed us money. The manager came over and sorted but it was all a bit embarrassing and unnecessary.

Wir waren zum ersten mal im Hotel Gollinger und ich habe mir lange überlegt eine Bewertung zu schreiben. Das Hotel ist für ein 4* Hotel angemessen. Die Zimmer sind schön ebenso das Badezimmer. Der Zimmerservice aufmerksam. Die Freundlichkeit des Personal und der Eigentümer ist sehr gut. Die Terrasse, Essenbereich, Eingangsbereich ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist ok aber leider ist der Buffet Bereich ist eng. Der negative Teil war leider das Abendessen. Leider hat die Qualität während unseres Aufenthalts kein 4* Niveau gehabt. Man überlegt sich hier natürlich ob man dies immer direkt ansprechen sollte. Wir haben aber nur leichte Kritik geübt. Es wäre gut, wenn sich hier etwas zum positiven ändern würde sonst sehe ich hier kein 4* Niveau. Schade.

Freundlicher Empfang, hilfsbereites Personal, gute Atmosphäre, hervorragendes Essen, Sauna - besonders auch Eisbrunnen prima (eventuell noch ein paar größere Handtücher zur Verfügung stellen), Extrawünsche erfüllt, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, auch für Alleinreisende gut geeignet

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub ,mit einem tollen Wetter. Hinterglemm ist immer eine Reise wert, und im Gollinger Hof haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist super nett gewesen so wie auch die Gastgeber. Aber auch die zentrale Lage zu den Gondeln ist super .

Wir kommen schon seid Jahren in den Gollinger und freuen usn immer hier unseren Winterurlaub zu verbringen. Das Hotel ist familiengeführt und das spürt man auch in der Atmosphäre. Die Lage und die Ausstattung sowie Frühstück und Abendessen sind hervorhebenswert. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
