I paid for a room for 6, which costs more. But got a room for 4. Not happy! Room was fairly clean. The hallway was trashed. Bedding and towels laying outside of the rooms. Had not been vacuumed in days, and a used plunger in the hallway trash. I really want a refund for the difference in the room I paid for and the one I got. A difference of about $40.00.

We were charged $250 dollars for smoking in the room and we do not smoke. My husband was the only traveler. He questioned the property about the pending charge yesterday and was told that it would fall off. The charge cleared our bank. When he called back they told him he smoked in the room which he did not. Further more they say they have no record of him staying there. This booking was paid through Booking. Looks like they are committing fraud & charging the debit card that had to be presented even though the room was paid and pocketing the money. We never had to leave card info at check in at other hotels booked through Booking. You charged ann incidental for smoking but have no record of the stay??? I’d check to see which staff member is a thief. Unless the random roaches decided to have a party after he left Monday morning nobody smoked in that room

Absolutely wonderful stay! This will now be our hotel every time we come to Chattanooga! We had the best time! The indoor pool is huge plus as is the HOT breakfast with a toddler!

Arrived early afternoon, room was ready and staff had all the check in's in room keys ready for the expected arrivals. Room was clean and I also witnessed someone who had been staying there thank the cleaning staff in the hall way which shows a consistency in the level of service. Common areas and gym were very clean.

The lack of customer service is appalling. I could not get anyone to help fix my booking and I'm just out the money. At least I know to not use either company again. They also did not want me to leave a review that puts them in a negative light. This is my fourth time trying to write a review
