This hotel is owned by a wonderful, sweet family! If you need help, they will always help. The hotel is very clean, no insects. The rooms are cleaned. The linen is changed every few days. Thank you for a wonderful holiday! I recommend the hotel. The beach is a 5-minute walk away.

A very affordable hotel that is within walking distance to the airport. I have stayed in this hotel many times. Great if you have an early flight the next day.

Nice hotel close to the AirPort otherwise not close to anything. Staff is friendly but not they lack a bit in service. Not like a five star hotel in my opinion. I was placed at a dirty table and were told to wait. No one took away the former guests dish or cleaned the table. No one except the bell boy (he told me to wait) paid any attention to me. Tony and Hannah was awesome during the stay! I’ve had enjoyed their breakfast, how welcoming they are and most importantly Tony cooks great scrambled eggs! 🤣 The hotel is extremely clean, house keeping was constantly given. Wide variety of breakfast with juice and water, vending machines which can solve your needs and you could even clean your laundry with their laundromat here. Payments are easy using your room card and no need to carry cash around.

As “luxurious” as it looks its not. Check in took about 45 minutes. As someone who works in the hospitality industry my hotel & many hotels I’ve stayed at have a check in and check out separate line. It was even more disappointing to wait in line to be told to wait when they should have the extra bell men who are waiting around to tell the guest to wait in the lobby instead of waiting in the long line. The receptionist I had didn’t ask how I was no warm greeting she just asked for my passport. It’s already giving me a sour taste. Get to my room it was very clean, the room has some neat tech features I thought were so cool. The room & the roof top pool is the only positive thing I have to say that pool is incredible. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the weekend way too many families with kids & the music is so loud. You can’t really enjoy the pool without kids being loud and peeing in the pool. The food was ok. To be honest if they have a facility day pass I’d do that unless the manager decides to have a meeting with the team to be better to never tell a guess “no” and separate check in lines. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the city from my window was stunning. The bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality toiletries, and the rainfall shower was a delightful touch. ***Dining: The hotel's dining options were fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local Vietnamese cuisine options. ***Amenities: The amenities at the Hilton Hotel Saigon were top-notch. For the price, you can’t beat it. This hotel is a distance away from district 1 but that’s exactly why I wanted to stay here. It’s nowhere near as busy and it has all the amenities you’d expect from a nice hotel. It has an awesome gym with decent equipment, a great view of the city with a rooftop pool, and best of all it’s very affordable. I recommend to anyone who is staying in Ho Chi Minh City.
