Minh Chau Hotel - Dien Bien Phu

I called the hotel at 10 o'clock in the evening before booking two nights to explain that the hotel had agreed to cancel the day's accommodation due to a flight delay. When I arrived at the hotel at noon the next day, the receptionist said that they would refund the money for one night.
