Super close to the airport and has a 7/11 at the other side of the road. Also, a lot of local food stores.

It's about a 15-minute walk from Ho Chi Minh Airport. The route is easy and you don't even need to look at a map. There is a 7-Eleven in front of the hotel and several other restaurants.
I arrived after 12 o'clock and was told that check-in starts at 14:00, so I rested in the lobby and was allowed into my room after 13:00.
It was a standard double room and the only thing you could see from the window was the stairs of the building, so it would be better to say it had no windows. There was no hot water in the shower. Drinking water was not provided.
It was a short stay as I was in transit and checked out at night, so there were no particular inconveniences.

I got off the plane at 2 o'clock in the evening and took a rest here after checking out from the city. The places to eat around are pretty good.
The room hygiene is not bad, and temporary rest is okay.
