First of all, I want to say that this hotel is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in Ho Chi Minh City!! Whether it is the appearance of the hotel or the design and cleanliness of the room, I was really shocked! Although the name of the hotel is an apartment, it is actually a hotel standard. The room is really clean to my surprise and cleaned every day, because I just came back from LAS VEGAS in the United States not long ago, and stayed in a very expensive hotel with poor hygiene conditions. The appearance of the hotel is exactly the same as the picture. The street where it is located is full of small Vietnamese houses. There is a supermarket and a Japanese specialty store next door, as well as countless restaurants! I booked this hotel at first because of the high rating. The second most important reason is that someone commented that there is a delicious Vietnamese noodle shop opposite the hotel! For this reason, I booked this one without hesitation. In fact, the rice noodles opposite are really fresh and delicious, and the tourists who commented have similar tastes haha. But the key point that made me want to seriously comment on this hotel and feel grateful is that I arrived at the airport on the first night and called a taxi from the airport to the hotel, which was about 16KM. The driver finally asked for 2.65 million VND. I repeatedly pointed out that it was unreasonable in the car because the meter kept jumping unreasonably during the period. The car meter was jumping at 2,000 VND per second. The driver also deliberately covered the meter and was very angry and irritable throughout the whole process. Because of the language barrier, I asked a local friend to call him to talk to him in the middle, but to no avail. When I was about to arrive at the hotel for 10 minutes, I took a gamble and sent an email to the hotel. I didn’t expect to get a second reply from Mr. Kay, a hotel staff, and instructed me how to deal with it. Kay asked me not to pay any fees before he came. And said that the reasonable price was between 350,000 and 450,000 VND. And said that the hotel area was the safest area. I felt a huge sense of security at the time. Because I had thought about calling the police and calling the Dependency Hall before. When I arrived at the hotel door, Mr. Kay was waiting for me. He kept arguing with the driver, and I couldn’t understand what he was saying. The driver saw him coming and cleared the meter in front of me, changing from 2.65 million to 650,000 VND, but Kay still asked me not to pay. In the end, I took 500,000 and asked Kay to give it to the driver. I am really grateful to him~ because I was really scared at the time. Fortunately, he helped me in time and saved me a lot of money. Later, when I checked in, he kept comforting me and said that he could understand my situation, which made me feel at ease. Later, when I left, I left a gift for my friend at the hotel for him to pick up, and Kay also helped to deal with it very well. I am really grateful to him! In short, I really felt a good experience in this hotel. The surrounding streets are also very lively. There are countless coffee shops, pho shops and restaurants. After all, this is the main thing I like about Vietnam. Is this area a major gathering area for Japanese and Koreans? I recommend everyone to come here. Especially if you have a business trip to the SECC exhibition hall, it is only 1.6KM away from the exhibition hall, and it only costs 1.5 US dollars to take a GRAB taxi! If you walk, you can always choose a coffee shop to sit in. So please feel free to book this hotel! !
