Best Pet Friendly Hotels in Ho Chi Minh City

Tony and Hannah was awesome during the stay! I’ve had enjoyed their breakfast, how welcoming they are and most importantly Tony cooks great scrambled eggs! 🤣 The hotel is extremely clean, house keeping was constantly given. Wide variety of breakfast with juice and water, vending machines which can solve your needs and you could even clean your laundry with their laundromat here. Payments are easy using your room card and no need to carry cash around.

Great place to stay at. Very convenient location, good friendly service. Room was clean and spacious and awesome view from apartment Unfortunately No YouTube, Tv was outdated besides this everything else was perfect

Stayed 2 nights here out of 4 nights in saigon. I must say this hotel is more expensive but less than a satisfactory experience. The lobby is much smaller than expected. Rooms are also small and noisy. Neighbor banging doors. kids running outside. outdoor singing non stop until 11 pm. the only positive is the breakfast which is slightly better than Mai house but overall price ratio is still much behind. Maybe more suited to the younger tourists who enjoy loud music and rooftop bar but not for me. Mai house out perform in every way.

It started with having booked at their sister hotel The Saigon Central and being booked out to The One Hotel due to overbooking. When we got to The One Hotel at 9h30pm, we were told that one of our rooms was not ready. Reportedly the previous guests had just checked out... at 9pm??? Nothing impressive about this hotel. It is in need of a deep clean and a coat of paint throughout. Another case of deceiving embelishments being abused such as photo filters, use of accessories like throw pillows and greeneries to lure prospective customers to book. We found left over party balloons in the drawer below the main closet. While we walked down the hallway to and from the elevator, we noticed that some of the rooms are very small and have no windows. Some of the doors had been left open by housekeeping. The one saving grace was one of the receptionists who was genuinely caring and professional. When they learned about our misfortunes and the inconveniences we had to put up with, they demonstrated great professionalism and proactively helped with sorting out our tour plans which had been compromised after being rebooked at a different location than planned. This employee deserves 5 stars.

I spent there 3 nights. It wasn’t the hotel I booked; I was transferred there but at the end of the day I had a better room than I expected. Huge comfortable bed, large (not Asian type bathroom) and great helpful staff. The location is perfect if you want to stay in the heart of Saigon. Lots of restaurants and bars. Tourist agencies are at every corner so they take you on the trip or whatever you want, even for long-distance busses stop is just around the corner. The only thing you need to consider is that you might hear noises from outside.

You get what you paid for. It's basic room. They upgraded me with window room(that basically is shaded window). There were no water bottles in the room, nor room cleaning service (i stayed 3 nights), guys at reception don't speak English, tho trying to help

I have stayed at Somerset Feliz for quite some time. The security and luggage staff are dynamic and always provide dedicated guidance. The security officer named Linh is the most impressive employee. He is always smiling and speaks good English. My children really like him. The front desk staff is always welcoming and gives you useful information and support to ensure smooth delivery and handling of inquiries. The room is always clean, the cleaning staff, Phuong, always visits and does not hesitate to clean every corner of the room. Thank you everybody.

Always good! However, there were shortcomings in the room. The snacks in the room were not moved. I had to eat a bag of snacks. Finally, in order to avoid entanglement, I rushed to the airport to settle the snack costs. I feel very uncomfortable! The water pressure is small, the bath is not very comfortable, the pool is not bad!
