Vivian Saigon Hotel was so nice, they also offered quarantine and covid test. The food was amazing and they bring meals to your room every day if you wish. They bring different meals every time so you have the best different Vietnamese foods! The location was also nice with food shops, hair dresser and Vietnamese massage close-by. The bed and room was very big and have aircondition. The bathroom also was fine. Great choices of tv channels, about 100 channels. Thank you again to Vivian Hotel for great service and will stay with you again in the very near future.

I use this place to stay in when I need to be close to the airport. It's clean, conveniently located and staffed with friendly, helpful people. It's also very cheap while remaining salubrious. Th efacilities rating is a 5/5 based on the price you pay.

Nice hotel close to the AirPort otherwise not close to anything. Staff is friendly but not they lack a bit in service. Not like a five star hotel in my opinion. I was placed at a dirty table and were told to wait. No one took away the former guests dish or cleaned the table. No one except the bell boy (he told me to wait) paid any attention to me. Sunrise airport hotel is for travellers seeking genuine service, functional accommodation and thoughtful amenities. The staffs are friendly, helpful. Great hotel very close to airport 1km, and restaurants, cafe, bars. Great place to stay, real close to public.

The hotel is located in a good location not far from all major attractions. The staff was responsive. We enjoyed our stay even more after they cleaned the a/c. The 4 minor things i didn't enjoy about my stay are: 1. They gave us only 1 key. I requested an additional key but they refused. I think they should update to key cards in this day and age. 2. A spider made a nest in the bathroom 3. The refrigerator was packed with ice and needed cleaning 4. The furniture was dark and dated.

So we arrived at this hotel yesterday 14.11.2019. Receptionist lady was polite. When we get to our room the wall paper is ripped everywhere. There is cobwebs, stained sheet and a dirty bathroom. We thought ok maybe we change rooms its only three nights. We left the room and the corridor was disgustingly dirty- Didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months. We went to reception and the reception was somebody different very ignorant. Told us to take a seat. On waiting and looking around we saw more dirt dust and grime everywhere. We sat for about 5 mins and then a massive Rat ran right past our feet inside the hotel. I got straight on my phone and booked another hotel within 2 mins walking distance. We went back upstairs to get or suitcase and the lift was not working turns out when we could get in a man was oiling it- How dangerous. On telling the ignorant reception we were go to an new hotel they didn’t even ask why. I can see this being because they are used to this happening. Avoid all cost a real health hazard. Wouldn't even give one star but couldn't do none

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the city from my window was stunning. The bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality toiletries, and the rainfall shower was a delightful touch. ***Dining: The hotel's dining options were fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local Vietnamese cuisine options. ***Amenities: The amenities at the Hilton Hotel Saigon were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation along with a gorgeous city view. ***Service: The service at this hotel was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. I would like to extend a special thanks to the concierge team, including Hoàng, Phúc, Quyền, Thọ, Tuấn, Quang, and Mr.Kiên (Cheif Conceeirge). Their recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and transportation were invaluable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In conclusion, the Hilton Hotel Saigon exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon for business or leisure. One of the best hotels in the development area of Binh Duong. Room was very comfortable, about the size of a largish serviced apartment. Nice bed and I slept very well. Staff were great and helped me when I forgot my laundry bag, had it delivered to me in Ho Chi Minh the next day. Breakfast buffet was generous and of good quality, though I thought the cafe itsef was a bit small, almost cramped. All in all a nice and relaxed stay, Will stay again without a second thought.
