Small hotel Dibi Villa is located about 700 meters from the town of Tam Coc. It is a small and very nice structure, our room on the ground floor was very nice, very large and with two bathrooms, which we appreciated very much, there is also a nice small swimming pool which unfortunately we did not use due to bad weather. Breakfast could be improved with a greater assortment of products especially for Western tastes. There is also a restaurant which however we always saw closed so for meals it is still necessary to take a walk or cycle to the town centre. However, the beauty of the rooms more than makes up for some small flaws.

Absolutely loved staying here. Location was ideal with a short walk to bars/restaurants etc. Very quiet at night for sleeping which is a plus! KEVIN is fantastic and so so helpful. He made ninh binh and our short time they’re even more special. Super handy that Kevin has bikes/motorbikes etc for rent. Easy to get around. He was great at helping us organise transfers to our next location and had just amazing tips to maximise our short time there. All the staff were very friendly. Felt really safe and would definitely return. Rooms had a comfortable bed, clean room/bathroom. Great air conditioning, lovely breakfast and lovely shower! There was a pool but we didn’t get to try it sadly with our time constraints.

We arrived for one night by taxi from Hanoi. We had 2 rooms and we took a room until midnight the next day because we were taking the night train. The manager only counted 50% of the room for us, he didn't have to! Very nice rooms for the price with everything you need inside, bottle of water, air conditioning (which works!),…..nothing to say. It's clean and well designed. The breakfast is not 5* (which is what we have had so far) but it is VERY good, we have enough to get off to a good start. The manager is ADORABLE, he will be able to guide you on your excursions without exaggerating on the budget, thank you to him who knew how to optimize our great day in Tam Coc (Ninh Binh). The manager prepared the evening meal for us because we were tired to go out and it was really very good at a more than affordable price (we had to book in advance so he could cook it for us). EXCELLENT value for money and, as is often the case in hotels, extremely friendly. You can go there with your eyes closed, you will not be disappointed. In addition, the region is magnificent (in one day!!!) but plan for 2 full days so as not to rush too much. THANK YOU THANK YOU🙏

We really appreciated this small hotel for its comfort (fridge, kettle, air conditioning, fan), close to small restaurants and visits in the surrounding area, the breakfast is delicious and complete. The hotel restaurant and reception are a little dated and disappointing, however the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated

We had a great time at Dibi Villa in Tam Coc. Having a pool made a huge difference to our kids and the rooms were beautiful, clean and had great amenities. Kevin was AMAZING and helped where he could with recommendations to our trip. There were also lots of bicycles to hire and explore the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend it and felt right at home.

Excellent value for money. Local style hotel and very comfortable. The hotel has free bicycles useful for reaching local attractions. The center is just 10 minutes away by bike. The swimming pool is small but useful for cooling off after a day exploring these wonders. The room is clean and very large, for 4 people there are two U-shaped beds and a double bed with two bathrooms.

Very nice place. Room are large and nice. Service is efficient and they can organize tour. Free bicycle and swimming pool. It is not far from village and restaurants. Not far from hotel, you can find rice fields so it is very easy to just do a half day tour by yourself.

lovely spacious rooms with a very stylish bathroom, separate shower and twin sinks. nice little pool on site too big we didn’t get to try it. bed was the most comfortable I’ve come across in Vietnam. the staff are just amazing and cannot do enough to help you, the main chap Hiep was on hand to arrange trips, bikes, scooters and a bus transfer door to door to our next hotel. he was always eager give us advice on places to go and was so friendly. they even opened up a room the afternoon we checked out to allow us to shower and change into dry clothes after being caught in a huge thunder storm.
