We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Mama was so warm and welcoming, and talked us through all the sights and we hired bikes that afternoon to get around. The hotel is centrally located and in the evening we walked to her daughter’s restaurant which was also great. She and her husband were also there so another very warm welcome! The hotel is lovely, but what makes this extra special is ‘mama’. It was hard to leave as we were so sad to say goodbye to her!

Nous avions réservé 3 nuits dans ce magnifique petit hôtel situé au bout d'une petite ruelle calme, à 2 minutes de marche de la rue principale où sont les restaurants, bars, boutiques, etc. Finalement, nous sommes demeurés 3 nuits de plus !! Vraiment un bel accueil chaleureux de la part de l'hotesse ,Mai, et son mari. Déjeuner excellent, chambre confortable au 3e étage, grand balcon à partager, location de vélos et scooters sur place à très bons prix. Belle atmosphère de petit quartier authentique (commune). We had a lovely time in Tam Coc thanks to Mama’s (the owner) and her family’s kindness. Everything was perfect, from the breakfast to the accommodation. You can rent bicycles and motorbikes at the guesthouse and Mama will make sure you have everything you need. With always a big smile upon her face. She helped us with booking tickets for the bus during Vietnamese holidays and let us have a shower before hoping on a 12 hours bus-ride. Definitely recommend this place! Thank you Mama for everything!

Great place to stay in Tam Coc, very well located for all of the sites, and run by a wonderful family who were very helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. Very highly recommended and great value! We’d definitely stay here again in the future

Als je op zoek bent naar een leuk hotel in tam coc dan is tam coc family hotel een echte aanrader . De eigena**** is zo aardig en vriendelijk . Ze wil alles voor je regelen . Kamers zijn netjes en schoon en het hotel ligt centraal gelegen in het centrum

This place deserves the best hotel / homestay award ever＜3 family is the sweetest ever, especially mama. I have never felt so cared for in a hotel before. Mama will go above & beyond to help you on anything you need…she even walked me to my bus late at night, helped me with all my luggage, and waited for me to get on. Breakfast was lovely, the room was perfect, and the price of the hotel is super affordable. Seriously incredible! You HAVE to stay here in tam coc! 10000 stars. Thank you mama for the best stay ever

Really excellent stay! Nih and her family were so kind, always doing their best to make our stay enjoyable! I strongly recommend to go to their lovely place. Breakfast was excellent too and everyone was welcoming, including the nice little dog Messi ;)

Chambre avec salle de bain privative d’une grande propreté. Le confort est simple mais suffisant. Mini frigo bouilloire sèche cheveux wifi. Petit déjeuner inclus très bien servi. La propriétaire est très accueillante très sympathique et donne de bons conseils pour les visites ou les restaurants. Nous avons passé 3 nuits. Je recommande cet hôtel
