The staff, service, hotel atmosphere, swimming pool, and facilities are great!

Malgré le fait que nous ne logions pas à l'hôtel car celui-ci était complet, nous avons très bien été accueillies au restaurant chaque soir de notre séjour à Tam Coc. Le personnel est adorable, et l'endroit est superbe. La décoration est à tomber, d'un goût exquis avec un sens du détail. La cuisine est excellente et offre pas mal de possibilités aussi bien de spécialités locales que de plats européens. Le restaurant est niché au milieu du resort, ce qui nous a donné l'occasion de découvrir celui-ci à chacun de nos passages. Tous les espaces sont magnifiques, de la piscine au bar en passant par la réception où un membre du personnel nous appelait gentiment un taxi chaque soir pour assurer le retour à notre hôtel. C'est à regrets que nous avons quitté le Tam Coc Garden, bien décidées à y revenir au plus vite et cette fois en réservant à l'hôtel pour profiter pleinement de cet endroit magique.

Tam Coc Garden is worth visiting, mainly because of the super friendly staff, marvellous surroundings and excellent food! Furthermore, it’s very easy to book hikes, guided tours and river excursions. Bikes are available and free to use for the day.

Prachtige kamers, top bediening, wij verbleven hier tijdens een typhoon die in de buurt voorbij kwam en werden top verzorgd! De staff spreekt goed engels en bediend je graag. De gratis fietsen zijn ook ideaal om alle mooie plekjes van Tam Coc te bezoeken, meer heb je niet nodig.

We stayed at the Tam Coc garden hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is wonderful. The scenery and landscaping around the hotel are beautiful, being located within the Tam Coc UNESCO world heritage site. The limestone mountains are truly a sight to behold and you can’t help but steal glances at the wonderful views from the hotel. The food is excellent. We usually avoid hotel restaurants for dinner more often choosing to eat locally, but the chef at Tam Coc Garden is clearly talented. The menu is a blend of Vietnamese and pan-Asian dishes: it’s well worth visiting for at least one evening meal, before venturing out into Tam Coc itself. Breakfast is very good and the produce of extremely high quality, with the hollandaise for the Eggs Benedict standing out as especially authentic. The bartender at Tam Coc Garden deserves very high praise as well - his Mai Tai would rank very well against the best bars in London or New York. He was also unfailingly cheerful. The hotel is very beautiful, but the staff do make this resort. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful, from the reception team down. The hotel organised complicated excursions around Ninh Binh for us with a wonderful and knowledgable local guide (Juan) which we were grateful to them for. Chi working within the reception team really stood out and was especially kind. He went beyond the call of duty to make our stay memorable. In short, I wouldn’t hesitate to return. If you are visiting Ninh Binh and this is within budget and available, I’d look no further.

El hotel no vale lo que cuesta. No tiene el servicio, la atención y dedicación de un hotel de ese precio para Vietnam, y diría que no siquiera para europa. Las sombrillas de la piscina, roñosas las telas y sin barnizar las maderas. En la mayoría de los hoteles salen a recibirte, te saludan mil veces, sonríen, te acompañan, te explican y sirven... Acá, no note ese nivel de atención, Y ESO QUE PAGUE 10 VECES MAS que en otros hoteles ... Si si, 10. Veces mas. Estas en la piscina y nadie se acerca a preguntarte si quieres algo. Quieres una bici a las 5:30 am, y ahí solo está el de seguridad,... Somo vi movimiento y entrega para reclamar un agua que olvidábamos pagar... Una y no más. El hotel es bonito, cada rincón es una postal (en ninh binh casi todo es una postal) pero... No está a la altura de cobrar 210€ la noche. Es una exageración, precio de 210€ y servicio de 100€ (incluso lo hemos tenido mejor por 50€)
