We reserve the room with pet friendly in mind. Nothing was on the ******* website about a non refundable $75 pet deposit. Shocked when we checked in.

It’s nice hotel but not on 2nd floor. We stayed on 3rd floor our first stay and was great. This stay on 2nd floor there’s too much noise. You can hear every footstep upstairs. All night
